All of the rooms have a balcony, and many have sea views. The large outdoor pool has a whirlpool and is heated during the winter. The spa includes a sauna, Turkish baths and pebble pool, as well as a jacuzzi and sensations shower. The hotel has tennis courts and a modern gym. There are activities for children throughout the day, while live music is provided in the evening. Next to the children’s pool is a terrace with lounge chairs for sunbathing. The Faro’s air-conditioned rooms are decorated with modern wooden furniture. All have satellite TV and an outdoor area with table and chairs. The Atlántida offers a varied international breakfast and dinner buffet. There is a grill restaurant by the pool offering Spanish classics such as paella. Room looked nice, location is good, next to the beach, only one wood bridge to cross to get to the wonderful beach of Jandia. Not a good value for money! The thing that bothered me the most were some cleanliness and hygiene related issues. For one – cockroaches! There is plenty, and seeing one on next to the hotel pool or terrace is nothing compared to having to kill one in your bathroom and then imagining them running around your room every night! And these are not your regular cockroaches, but some gigantic mutated version. And secondly – the plates for breakfast and dinner were not always clean, and that’s just unforgivable. Sauna was not working and some of the waiters were rude. Sometimes you sit down for breakfast and have to wait 15-20 minutes for them to bring you forks, knifes, coffee mugs etc.

me encantó la atención del personal, los espectaculos nocturnos y que el spa del hotel sea gratuito para los clientes hay algún gato suelto en el hotel y a veces puede molestar un poco a los clientes

El spa aunque los "giris" hacen mucho ruido y practican el nudismo en las saunas Esta demasiado orientado al turismo internacional. Las vistas al mar no merecen esa subida de precio.

Hotel bien situado, cerca de la playa y de la zona comercial, pero en el recinto del hotel es tranquila y acogedor. Al volver de la playa para relajarse el circuito de spa es perfecto.

L'accueil, l'hôtel très bien situé, proche des restaurants, magasins et de la plage de jandia. Les chambres sont très confortables ont une vue sur une grande piscine située dans une cour centrale de l'hôtel. Petit déjeuner de bonne qualité pour tous les goûts.

Hotel fabuloso situado justo enfrente del faro de la playa del Matorral, una de las mejores de la isla, con una relación calidad-precio muy correcta y un buffet muy completo.

Wir hatten ein Top Hotel bekommen. Es stimmte einfach alles von A-Z. Wir werden immer wieder gerne ins Faro Jandia gehen.

Чистый приветливый отель.Встречали бокалом шампанского.Заселение быстрое(и выселение тоже)В номере халаты и тапочки.Завтраки и ужины разнообразные и вкусные.Очень понравилось СПА!!!Муж ходил каждый день.Бассейн крытый и сауны выше всяких похвал,все это бесплатно.Платно(90 евро)ходила на процедуру для лица-неплохо.Номер убирали ежедневно и очень чисто.WI-FI был в номере бесплатно,хоть и небыстрый.Каждый вечер развлекательная программа,на которую мы правда ни разу не ходили,но судя по аплодисментам там было весело.А самый восторг- это белки около пляжа,едят с рук. Назвали мы место"Остров намецких пенсионеров".Молодежи там делать нечего.Мы сейчас в положении,поэтому нам подошло отоспаться и отлежаться,но к отелю это наверное не имеет отношения.Постоянный сильный ветер, для детей тоже не подойдет.Вот и думайте кому там отдыхать.Много пожилых нудистов,не знаю куда это отнести в плюсы или минусы.Кому как.Вывод:все понравилось,но больше не поедим туда.

Estuvimos en dos habitaciones dobles que estaban bien. El personal de recepeción es muy amable y el hotel es tranquilo. El último día nos dejaron salir por la tarde sin coste extra. La reserva que tenía de booking no coincidiía con la que figuraba en el hotel, pero esto se pudo solucionar. El garaje no tiene ascensor, además es estrecho. En el bufet de desayuno todos los días tenía que esperar sentado un rato hasta que arreglaran la mesa, por falta de personal.

Sehr gutes Hotel mit einem schönen Wellnessbereich (Sauna, Hammam, Jacuzzi und Hallenbad). Man fühlt sich am Hotelpool wie in einer ruhigen Oase, der Kontrast zur Touristenstadt "draussen" ist sehr gross. Der flach abfallende Strand ist wirklich fantastisch und innerhalb weniger Minuten erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind in einem guten Zustand und die Sauberkeit ist wirklich vorbildlich. Wir werden sicherlich wiederkommen, wenn es das nächste Mal auf die Kanaren geht.

We hebben in ons leven al veel hotels gedaan maar dit staat zeker in onze top 3! Echt alles is geweldig, zwembad, service, maar vooral het eten is buitenmaats lekker! Echt een aanrader!
