Everything was excellent. Staff very friendly and professional. Location within walking distance of stores, restaurants and broadway play and shows. Hotel very clean and roomy enough. I highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent hotel and excellent friendly helpful staff Wifi was poor and did not work most of time. Even when it did work it is an unusual system that takes more effort than normal to log in with. Staff were helpful but still problems with it.

Excellent location close to all shops in Las Palmas, this hotel is a good value-for-money close to all shops. I was there one day to see some friends. Hotel was clean, I was on 7th floor, far from street noise,

the only thing i didnt like was the fact we didnt know where to park previous to arriving at the hotel, had to park up in a car park opposite then go into the hotel to then be told we had to move car to further down road, apart from that the staff were fantastic and had a nice stay.

La habitacion muy amplia. La zona de trabajo estupenda. La terraza de la septima planta excelente. La insonorización de la habitación mal: se oía hablar a los de la habitación de al lado. Habia un paquete de tabaco en la papelera del baño cuando llegué. La ducha goteaba. Por la noche me visitó una cucaracha. Supongo que entraría por la terraza, pero de todos modos da una mala imagen del hotel terrible. Me cobraron un 30% mas de la tarifa indicada en la reserva de nooking sin dar ninguna explicación. Lo de la bici estática en la habitación no pega ni con cola, quedaría mejor un minibar (un cuatro estrellas sin minibar???)

Kolmen hengen huone oli iso ja huoneen hinta jotakuinkin kohtalainen. Hotelli mainostaa olevansa 50 vuotta vanha ja se kyllä näkyi monessa paikassa. Huone oli melko kolkko ja tuoksui vahvasti ilmanraikastimelle toisin kun esim. hotellin käytävätilat.

Su situación es idonea para moverse por la zona centrica de la ciudad. Me ha gustado mucho que hubiese una bicicleta de spinning en la habitación. Todo el hotel está reformado y la habitación también; el baño está sin reformar y no está en consonancia con el resto del hotel. Una reforma de los baños daría más categoría a este hotel.
