Excellent location close to all shops in Las Palmas, this hotel is a good value-for-money close to all shops. I was there one day to see some friends. Hotel was clean, I was on 7th floor, far from street noise,

It's an OK hotel. Nothing really good or bad about it. It is a clean, modern place to sleep if you need to be downtown. Friendly staff. Restaurants nearby. Hotel parking is in a city parking garage 2 blocks away. Probably a good value for the $$/Euro. What you find in the rooms is a little odd and out of balance. Sort of a hospital ward atmosphere. Bare, white walls. White sheets on single beds. A nice, new exercise bike but no art. Old style TV with only a few of the available local channels, CNN, BBC, and Al Jaz. Work desk with a nice light but horrible standard chair. A/C or heating seems to have been there at one time but is apparently gone because the control has been removed and blocked. No ironing board or coffee maker. Nice embroidered towels but no shampoo. Just a dispenser on the wall that isn't kept full. See what I mean? Not exactly balanced for a 4 star hotel.

the only thing i didnt like was the fact we didnt know where to park previous to arriving at the hotel, had to park up in a car park opposite then go into the hotel to then be told we had to move car to further down road, apart from that the staff were fantastic and had a nice stay.

Me ha gustado la buena ubicación del hotel, cercano a la playa y a la zona comercial. El trato del personal fue agradable y la habitación estaba muy limpia. El desayuno podía ser más variado.

Sehr gute Qualität der Matratzen. Bitte teilen Sie mir die Marke mit, damit ich diese unserer Hausdame weiter empfehlen kann. Gemütliche Cafeteria mit Zeitungen. Zu wenig Auswahl an Obst am Frühstücksbuffet. Die angebotenen Bananen waren äusserlich nicht ansprechend. Kleenex im Bad wäre schön.

La atención del personal, la relación calidad-precio y la excelente ubicación para compras y salidas a reuniones de trabajo. Me parece un poco cara la tarifa que cobran por el parking, para los que llevamos coche. Es barato para lo que se paga por esa zona, pero caro si hay que sumárselo al precio de la habitación.

Lo que mas me agustado la ubicacion aun que ya lo conocia por que soy de ahi es acojedor tranquilo y no puedo decir mas por que solo estuve dos noches y solo dormia bueno puedo decir que el bufet del desayuno estas bien creo que bastante completo aunque sabesmos que todo se puede mejorar sobre todo para los mas exigentes
