Staff was pleasant and courteous. Great breakfast for the price. Free WIFI and use of computers. GOod location.

Did not find the rooms as clean as they should be. Did not realize when I booked that it was more of a party hostel and found it quite noisy. With large group of young people on our floor we found it difficult to use washroom facilities.

The location of the hostel is straight in the middle of the city, near the center and not so far to the sea which it can be reached by foot. The price is really cheap for the position

The double room was too small, there is nothing inside except the bed and one single chair, they should put at least an hanger on the wall to hang your clothes which you should leave on the floor (as we did) without any place to put them

Location is great, staff is quite friendly. There are free tours from hostel every night.

Although breakfast is not included in booking, they require to buy it when checking in. Showers are not comfortable, water pressure inconsistent.

great location, nice hostel in general, friendly and helpful staff.

basic rooms (not even a hook on the door for a towel or jacket), only 1 chair in a twin room for hanging clothes. No hooks in the 3rd floor bathroom. More hooks!!

Good central location, Plenty of advice/activities within Hostel. Excellent breakfast.

Too noisy, due to mainly German drunken youths. As well as making noise well into early hours their rudeness excelled when they began sending and receiving texts ! No attempt by staff to quell this noise. Even the more decent German tourists were embarrassed by them.

    Free internet, practical lockers

They force you to buy breakfast. When I refused to buy it, receptionist guy was rude enough to tell me that I am demanding a special treatment. Internet was down on all computers, I went and told the manager, he made me feel like an idiot because I never restarted all the computers. Well, that's not my job to fix it, it's his. This is not a real hostal, it's all about money. There was a bunch of Spanish guys setting in a patio and drinking beer all day long. Every time a lady was passing they were behaving like idiots making stupid noises, etc... As they were spending money on beer, hostal staff were so pleased to have them there despite that fact that they were offensive to ladies.

Close to the Picasso museum and in the middle of the shopping district. Close to the beach/port and bus station. The room was clean with good sized under bed lockers.

The bed I was assigned on check in had already been taken when I went to the room. I told staff of this and they told me to pick another bed and it would be fine, I asked if I should give her the new number and she said it was not necessary. When I got back I found my belongings had been moved from the bed I had picked to another by another guest who had been assigned my bed. Very poor communication/organisiation. When I returned to the hostel in the evening I found a large group of guests and staff drinking and smoking outside the door, shouting into a loud speaker (which looked to be supplied by staff). Not a good indication for a good nights sleep. When I was trying to check out, the staff was more interested in passing out beers than checking out the 4 guests waiting (one of whom was trying to rush for a bus). This was at 10am. The location is a bit hard to spot if you don't know exactly where it is. The street name is not visible, it is basically off a small plaza, but since I did not know I walked straight past it.
