Location

The refrigerator did not working. We informed them but no one came to fix it.

Bathroom was in very ggod condition, comfortable and clean.

The rooms were lack of ventilation and sunlight, because of there were not windows.

The location, the cleanliness, all mod cons!

The second bedroom! We are 4 adults and it was really aukward to get in and out of bed for both of us. Would have been handy and nice to have the loo rolls and washing up etc for the hols, also tea bags,salt all the bits you need but do not wish to to buy just for 4 days.

We were well received by the host. The apartment is located on the 4th flour so we were very happy there is an elevator. The kitchen is very well equipped and The location and terrace are amazing! We enjoyed our stay at the apartment very much and would recommend it to anyone, especially for a longer stay or to people with small children.

Huge apartment with nice balcony, very well furnished and spotless clean. Area is fantastic in Grazia. Also big kitchen and washing machine were good. Modern, clean and cosy. Perfect.

Hot water runs out a little too quick with two people in the apartment. Key to the security door needs to be fixed! Took us 20 minutes to open the door sometimes.

They say everywhere that the tourism fee of € 0,72 per day is not included in the shown price. But only after booking they tell you, that they always charge 40 € cleaning fee! Thank you! I told them to check the booking process on booking.com and to show clearly the cleaning fee. The first reaction was an honest “Thank you for the hint”. But two days later obviously a senior manager told that everything is fine and clearly explained. From my point of view they hide these information intentionally. Until today nothing has changed.

Cleanness, facilitation, quitness of the area, terrace on top of the building, staff responces ,

1. Non available option for airport - apartment transportation. 2. Additional charge for cleaning of the place. We have been in Prague and Rome ( same character of accomodation in centers of cities ) and nothing like that is ever charged extra.

Very good location, close to the Gracia district and shops. Great choice of bars and restaurants in the surroundings streets. The apartment itself is also sufficiently equipped to do some cooking yourself.otal

You may be surprised by the additional 40 EUR cleaning surcharge as this was not included in the price at time of booking.

There is fulll equipment in the apart for a family with child also there is a small washing machine. The place of apartment is middle of the bus touristic routes and metro. Street is silent and not crowded. All popular places are very close to walk or with by taxi. There are 3-4 big markets and groceries near here. We had happy days in apart. "Muchos Gracies".

Large apartment with modern features, idea for family with older children.

Not enough hot water for everyone to have a shower, only 4 people staying. Allocated different location to the one we picked off booking.com Apartment unclean and broken blind unable to lift the blind- therefore blocking view from lounge window!!! Extra costs were added after credit card details given, for cleaning - when apartment unclean from previous visitors.

Second time I book with Feelathome Apartments and again everything was perfect. I stayed in a two bedroom apartment in Carrer Mozart 7 and it was very spacious, modern, clean and well equipped. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Central and safe location, with plenty of restaurants and local shops around. I highly recommend it.

I felt that the name Feel-at-home, couldn't be better chosen. We really did feel at home and we sad to leave.

Nos gusto mucho todo, muy cómodo, limpio y en una zona muy bonita y con muchos sitios para comer y salir a caminar sin problema. Recomendadisimo para grupos

Erg vochtig appartement, met name op slaapkamer, hierdoor muffe geur in appartement er kon maar 1 deur naar buiten toe open, verder geen ramen.

Esta ubicado en el barrio Gracia, que es realmente muy bonito. Es confortable, amplio, con todo lo que se necesita. Muy limpio, y el personal que nos recibio muy amable. Me alojaria nuevamente

En estos momento, los edificios de al lado están en obras, así que entre semana empiezan a trabajar antes de las 9 y duran todo el dia haciendo ruidos. No es ideal si la persona quiere descansar hasta tarde.

отличное месторасположение близко к метро и к большой торговой улице, пешком до Саграды Фемели минут 7, апартаменты хорошо оснащены и все работает, несколько апартаментов в одном доме - удобно для размещения нескольких семей.

В 22.45 отмечали старый новый год - соседи орали, чтобы им не мешали отдыхать. Хотя до 23.00 можно. Запас горячей воды в душе ограничен, кому то может не хватить.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé l'emplacement dans le quartier GrACIA avec l'appartement 7 rue mozart qui donne sur une cour arriere, calme. Le confort et la décoration de l'appartement. Nous avons apprécié les conseils pour trouver un parking pas trop cher.

Dommage que les chaises n'aient pas de patins, car cela résonne dans tout l'immeuble : on entend les chaises des appartements feelathome d'a cote ! il suffirait de poser des patins ou de changer de chaises; La vue depuis l'appartement n'est pas tres jolie, mais pas d'importance ! Il faudrait un aspirateur car le menage n'est jamais fait reellement par la femme de ménage : il restait des cheveux et poils partout !!!
