Friendly helpful staff. Comfortable and central.

Central position. Garage.

Wifi was not working. No italian tv channels.

The location was first. It is a beautiful hotel/

Service excellent and good location. Perfect.

Laundry done promptly.Very mindful of security; Had very good dinner in the restaurant; walking distance to station and the historic centre and parks.

I had a comfortable room, which was well-maintained, at a good price, and very well placed for arriving in Valladolid by train, for getting to the bus station (to get to Simancas) each morning, and equally well- placed to walk around Valladolid in the afternoon and evenig. The staff were very helpful and very polite.

Location, quality of rooms and friendly staff

The reception staff in particular were more than helpful. I needed assistance re a fax - which proved to be a problem but nothing was too much trouble. Then a plastic bag in our bathroom was mistaken for basura and was removed. It contained quite a number of items including medicinal as well as toiletries. Again the reception staff did their utmost to assist in this matter and took details. I have yet to hear from them re some form of reimbursement.

The staff was helpful and patient for non-Spanish speakers, and the staff at the bar were especially pleasant. The room was very clean.

The hotel room was a bit hot, even with the heat shut off and the window open.

Me ha gustado todo. El trato del personal ha sido excelente, teníamos una cesta de frutas en la habitación, un detalle que nos encantó. La ubicación es perfecta en el mismo centro de Valladolid. El cuarto de baño era amplio.

No había plato de ducha y para personas con movilidad reducida sería conveniente. Aunque es cierto que no preguntamos si disponían de habitaciones con ducha en lugar de bañera, se nos ocurrió a la vuelta.

- Al igual que los otros comentarios, lamento el ruído de los vecinos. Y eso que mi estadía fue durante la temporada baja! - Para un hotel 4* me parece un poco exagerado pagar para ciertas instalaciones ( internet cuarto, algunos canales de TV).

Muy buen trato del personal. Al hotel no le falta detalle como sets de afeitado, dental, galán-planchero en la habitación, conexión internet en la habitación.

Lástima que esté algo antiguo y la habitación sea justita -especialmente la distancia entre el pie de la cama y la pared. El wifi de las zonas comunes funciona muy lento.
