Very good location, only 5 minutes walk from Railway station, consider Valladolid is a small city, you can go to any where by foot in 30-40 minutes; Very friendly staff, not only give me a map but also mark some museum and super market on it and give me route recommendation; Be surprised to have welcome fruit, out of expectation; The room is clean and neat, not big but warm. Has free Wifi at both lobby and room with acceptable connect speed. Will be perfect if they can provide breakfast.

I had a comfortable room, which was well-maintained, at a good price, and very well placed for arriving in Valladolid by train, for getting to the bus station (to get to Simancas) each morning, and equally well- placed to walk around Valladolid in the afternoon and evenig. The staff were very helpful and very polite.

The reception staff in particular were more than helpful. I needed assistance re a fax - which proved to be a problem but nothing was too much trouble. Then a plastic bag in our bathroom was mistaken for basura and was removed. It contained quite a number of items including medicinal as well as toiletries. Again the reception staff did their utmost to assist in this matter and took details. I have yet to hear from them re some form of reimbursement.

The hotel were ervy quick to respond to our requests for help. E.G. We had asked for two adjopining rooms and when we were not allocated these on arrival they were very willing and quick to change them to adjacent rooms. There is no room service in the evening or food service in the cafeteria or dining room until after 8.30pm.This maybe acceptable to adults but is very inconvenient to those with small children who are normally in bed well before 8.30am

The staff was helpful and patient for non-Spanish speakers, and the staff at the bar were especially pleasant. The room was very clean. The hotel room was a bit hot, even with the heat shut off and the window open.

Siempre elijo este hotel. Por su buena ubicación, por la amabilidad de su personal, y por el buen uso que hacen de las redes sociales. Por decir algo malo: se escucha demasiado a los huéspedes de la habitación de al lado, el desayuno es caro, el minibar también es caro, y siempre pido habitación de fumadores y rara vez me la dan.

Me ha gustado todo. El trato del personal ha sido excelente, teníamos una cesta de frutas en la habitación, un detalle que nos encantó. La ubicación es perfecta en el mismo centro de Valladolid. El cuarto de baño era amplio. No había plato de ducha y para personas con movilidad reducida sería conveniente. Aunque es cierto que no preguntamos si disponían de habitaciones con ducha en lugar de bañera, se nos ocurrió a la vuelta.

Está cerca del centro (a unos 10min andando) pero hay muchos más hoteles ubicados en pleno centro. El personal del hotel que nos atendió fue bastante seco y borde. Nos chocó que a pesar de ser un 4 estrellas el mobiliario era anticuado. Se oía todo lo que se decía en las habitaciones contiguas. No volveremos.

- La ubicación - Habitaciones bonitas y muy limpias - Parking privado - Al igual que los otros comentarios, lamento el ruído de los vecinos. Y eso que mi estadía fue durante la temporada baja! - Para un hotel 4* me parece un poco exagerado pagar para ciertas instalaciones ( internet cuarto, algunos canales de TV).

Muy buen trato del personal. Al hotel no le falta detalle como sets de afeitado, dental, galán-planchero en la habitación, conexión internet en la habitación. Lástima que esté algo antiguo y la habitación sea justita -especialmente la distancia entre el pie de la cama y la pared. El wifi de las zonas comunes funciona muy lento.
