In Seville’s picturesque historic quarter and a 10-minute walk from the cathedral, Hotel Casa Imperial is in a beautiful Andalusian-style mansion.

Large room, good location. good bathroom.
Guy on the desk assured me the room had twin beds as he gave me the door card. When I get to the room, it has a double bed. When I take the lift back down to the desk, he doesn't apologise for his mistake. Room dark and oppressive. How about more light fittings? Overheated. We were gasping for fresh air. Wifi signal was extremely slow (download speed 15kb/s and frequently cut out). Basically, wish we'd chosen another hotel, with friendly staff and good wifi.
Excellent location and very clean
Room was comfortable but a bit dark and gloomy. Although wifi was advertised it was non existent
Location, not far from Bars, tapas bars and restaurants. On site secure parking. Efficient staff at checkin and checkout. Bathroom well equipped. Comfortable bed and pillows.
Hotel is noisy due to the tiled floors internally. We had a room at the front of the hotel and passing traffic and pedestrians made for a lot of noise as The patio doors onto the balcony are only single glazed. TV only recieves Spanish channels. Wifi very poor in room 5 on 1st floor.
The service was first class, excellent location, the free walking tour of the city was particularly good. Should have have booked two nights
The road outside was noisy for a big part of the night and with our room being opposite the lift we were disturbed by others coming back later than us.
Good location. Close to all including cafes and restaurants.
Shower leaves floor saturated. Wifi slow
Fantastic location a few blocks from the cathedral and the Alcazar. Easily walkable to so many points of interest.
Not worth its price at all.
Pool very nice. Location excellent. Very clean. Very good breakfast - lots of fresh fruit.
Staff not very helpful - reception really don't want to be bothered. e.g 'Where do we catch the bus to the airport?' answer 'Where you got off it when you arrived' !! Obviously, when we got off the bus originally we had no idea where we were. Noisy at night. Hairdryer in standard room was hopeless.
Good location, nice rooms, there are rooms with balcony
A/c didn't work, internet didn't work (the password, I was given at the reception desk didn't match), breakfast is not worth it, a really poor choice for 15 euros/person. Better go and grab something around the area.
noise at night
We took the 'free' walking tour - listed as two hours but more like three and a half - which was brilliant. A great introduction to Seville's essential landmarks allowing you to then choose which to go back for a more 'in depth' visit.
90% of the establishment. But to occasional lack of staff in the bar area was annoying. The WIFI was excellent in the lounge but poor in the guest rooms. Everybody we met was enthusiastic and helpful. Fantastic and peaceful lounge area Te car parking and return was seamless- a wonder in such a congested spot.
We had a streetside room and should have expected some night noise. Perhaps you could make customers aware and give an option of quieter rooms. The lack of bar service on the roof terrace was a disappointment but perhaps not unexpected as it was late September but it a good facility to have in the city.
Glad we had sat nav to find the hotel, all the small narrow streets make you think "it can't be down here". Our room was modern and although not large, it was perfectly okay for the two nights. The staff were good and our car was taken and parked for us (very nearby)
No full length mirror in the room
view from swimming pool!!!
The staff were very helpful?l
Not easy to find even with a sat-nav!
Lobby and common areas are large and comfortable. The rooftop pool is amazing and offers wonderful views of Sevilla. Our room (#9) on the first floor was very spacious and had a patio/terrace large enough for a group. Loved the terrace--very nice surprise for me. A downside to our room was the noise we could hear in the streets, but it didn't bother us much. Really enjoyed the location and the quality of this hotel.
The only thing I really, really didn't like was that the hair dryer in our room overheated after about 4 minutes of use. The reception desk told me that it was normal and to just wait for it to cool down, but really? I have used many, many hair dryers and this is the first to do that. Difficult to look good when you can't do your hair properly. Very disappointed in that.
Location, staff friendliness and cleanliness
Walls are paper thin and you can hear everything both inside the hotel and outside. We had to change rooms to a patio room as it was impossible to sleep.
lovely hotel, helpful staff, comfy beds
ask for a room at the back of the hotel - it get's very noisy on the street at night
Room on topfloor next to airco unit of the hotel. Shower very basic and not functional
Nice hotel in the centre of the old town- walking distance to all the tourist attractions. Clean room, friendly staff and gorgey rooftop pool! V good value- would stay again.
Room wasn't huge but nicely decorated and had everything we needed.
Dreadful breakfast Unfriendly reception staff Poor shower Featureless hotel
Beds are very comfy, location is good and the roof terrace with the pool is amazing..
Maids are very noisy in the morning while cleaning other rooms..too much talking..not much sleep..
Beautiful rooftop terrace and nice swimming pool. The location of the hotel is perfect and our stay was very comfortable.
Poor WiFi connection in our room and common areas.
Location is everything for this hotel. Fine big bedroom with a large king sized bed. Good toiletries. No disturbance quiet.
Front desk staff could be more welcoming and friendly. Porter was very helpful overcoming safe problems. Breakfast was fair and chairs were uncomfortable. Breakfast room was somewhat dated.
