Staff were very friendly. Looked after our luggage after checking out & let us use the facilities before going to the airport. Very clean hotel with lovely decor and very comfy bed. Continental breakfast was fresh & plenty of it, no matter what time you got of bed. Ideal location for either beach or just to stay on the Old Town. All in all, a lovely hotel that I would definitely recommend & go back to again.

On arrival the staff was very friendly.All looked new and very clean.Would visit again and definately recommend.

The only thing was we was on the top floor as i booked that room but we found it noisy until about 3am.

The hotel was in the heart of the old town, amongst all the bars and restaurants, an ideal place our one night stay. It was a really great surprise to find and a fantastic place, worth far more than the 2star rating, it felt and looked more like a 4/5 and I would recommend everyone try's the hotel.

Modern and clean. Really comfortable rooms. Great breakfast. Brilliant value. Set in the old town - authentically Spanish.

Loved our stay at Fetiche. Hotel right in the middle of the old town but no noise at night. Not great views and no balconies but this would not stop us staying there again. Lovely touches in room like free soft drinks and water, free safe and the room was immaculate with a lovely large bed. Thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay here and the staff are very helpful.

How this hotel can only be a 2 star is beyond words. The location is fantastic , right in the heart of the beautiful old town. Although parking is not provided on site there are a couple of multi storey car parks close by. The hotels friendliness is wonderful. I stayed in the suite which is the only room on the top floor and it was amazing. Spotless clean, complimentary toiletries, krupps coffee machine , laptop and a huge bed ! Loved everything about this hotel and will be returning time and time again . A real little gem , hidden away but perfect!

A really easy hotel to stay at. Clean, comfortable, well furnished rooms & communal areas in a funky, modern design. Great continental breakfast, served til late. Minibar included...all the benefits of a 4* for a 2* budget.

No 'early breakfast' facility for early checkout.

To be honest the only thing that was missing was a balcony but it made up in all other aspects , and it would nt put me off .

Comfortable beds, free coffee/tea on each floor was a nice touch as was the complimentary water and fizzy drinks in the rooms. Breakfast was good and served until 11:30. Very clean. Welcoming staff. Good location for accessing the beach, shops, bars and restaurants.

Despite double - double glazing it can be quite noisey but anyone staying in this area should expect this as you are in the middle of all the bars and restaurants and shopping area. The bars and restaurants surrounding the hotel tend to close by midnight which makes a difference. We usually stay a 10 minute walk from the centre for around £200 cheaper for a week self catering. This hotel is a lovely standard however a bit expensive for what it is I think.

Wonderful hotel, staff very helpful, the best position in benidorm, breakfast excellent, so very generous, tea,coffee,biscuits, soft drinks available all day at no extra charge. Great value for money. Hotel rooms very cleverly designed and prestigous. Cannot give this hotel enough praise, it is simply the best. MEGAN & GEORGE WEBB

The hotel is the cleanest hotel that I have stayed in for a long time in the world.I would recommend this to anyone. Whoever designed the decor gets 10/10 its light and colourful. Although there is no view from any room I don't take anything away for that, you can open th windows for fresh air if you wish which in some hotels you cannot. Superb hotel.

The hotel is great value for money and with free wi-fi and soft drinks its fantastic. The location is very central for shopping and the beach.

So no early get up required! * The staff are so friendly and helpful. Nothing is toouch trouble. * Security. There is a free safe in the room and entrance & exit is controlled by a credit card style key! * everything is so clean and fresh!

Lack of parking .... but we will not be taking a car next time as a transfer is so easy to organise now that we know more. A car is not necessary anyway!

Excellent boutique-type hotel. Right in the centre of the Old Town, with all the things happening close by. Beautifully decorated and fantastic attention to detail.

Couldn't fault it apart from there not being a bar there, but with all the local bars so close by, it really wasn't a problem.

Very nice artdesign hotel, very clean rooms, not too big and not too small. With real Nespresso coffee, wow! Located in the heart of the old city centre, with all the tapabars just around the corner.

A little bit hard to find in the small streets of the city centre. Taxi cannot stop in front of the door.
