Bästa läget, på en sidogata till La Ramblas. Vi kom tidigare än incheckningstiden men kunde ställa in väskorna i ett av rummen och återkomma senare. Återkommer vi så kan vi absolut tänka oss samma boende.

Wifi reception is not good Couldn't check in until 4pm Office location is not where the apartment is Not enough hot water for the shower if more than 2 ppl shower back to back

Location. Kitchen area good.

Bathroom too small.No room in shower and water dripped straight onto floor from shower curtain. No heater. Air conditioner only cold air. Very cold nights with not enough blankets provided. Only 1 bath towel provided per person and no heater meant no way of drying towel for next day.

Excellent location just off Las Ramblas, across the road from La Boqueria market, near Liceu and Catalunya metro stations. Good door security entry system, lift for heavy bags. 90euro per night for 3 people (has dedicated sleeping space for 4 - 2x single bed, 1x couch, 1x pullout bed) Kitchen well equiped, large fridge, balcony overlooking streets below.

Hot water in shower tends to run out quickly. Thermostat heating a bit erratic.

Excellent location next to las ramblas. 5 min walk to metro station. convenient for visiting all main sites of barcelona. Big supermarket shop round the corner and nice bakery just across the road.

We found it bit tricky to open the door as the instructions were not very clear. Also no instructions to enable lights on. However stuff were very helpful.

Location is very good.

The room was not comfortable. The bed was like a drawer coming out underneath a platform and we were basically sleeping on the floor. The heating was from the air conditioning which was not enough. There is a construction at the next building and we were awakened by a drilling sound at 8 in the morning. I have seen that not all the rooms are as bad as ours so it is kind of luck. The wifi coverage is poor, i had to sit on a chair at the corridor to get a signal. The cleaning of the room is not so good.

Apartments are in good shape and central location of hotel is very good.

Very low sound proofing. You hear all your neighbours from all sides. There is adjacent house renovation now, so building noise is all day from yearly morning. The beds are near entrance door and they are quite small i.e. single beds. No ideas how to unfold sofa. Wifi internet is unaccessible in dining area, but only from beds that are located near door.

The apt very big, very modern and clean, i stay at room 344 from the balcony you can see many attraction singging, dancing downstairs at the cafe behind meridien hotel. Supermaket is just next to this apt You can also find pattiserie in front of this apt 7minutes walk to plaza cataluna 2 minutes walks to bouqeria market and you fill find many traditional spain food The location is in the center ramblas there is so many shopping center and bar tapas Very recomended places!

I was easy to follow the instructions and although we were moved apartments the service was good.

No clear outside sign of apt. Noise caused by next door construction No hair dryer available. Non availability of staff in the build. Small cabinet.

We loved the location. We felt very safe as the security was excellent There was good facilities provided I.e kitchen utensils, ironing facilities and towels etc. Very simple checking in procedure. The layout of the apartment was very good.

The bathroom was not only tiny but ventilation was an issue and the fact that the floor got flooded every time you had a shower. The windows should have been obscure from bottom to half way up as they needed to be shut most of the time for privacy therefore rooms were in darkness. Couldn't walk around bare footed as the floors were filthy no matter how many times you cleaned then. The hob had lost all of its numbers round the knobs therefor it was a guessing game as no instructions where provided for it either.

Loved the location and the ease of our arrival and key collection. Lucky I had a mobile with a suitable sim card so I was able to text them the night before our arrival and they then provided the entry codes by email. The owners were also very helpful with organising a transfer at very short notice to collect us from the airport. Great driver and couldn't do enough to make sure we were ok. Great stay. Comfortable. Clean. Safe. Many thanks must go to the owners. We will definitely stay when we return in years to come. Robert and Melinda Dunn

the service is not so good. the shower water in bathroom will turned to be cold once one person had a shower, the second one do not have hot water for showering. There is no hair dry.

Great location in Las Ramblas!

Small and smelly bathroom, but maybe in was just ours (looks like an older building). No Hair dryer which was a bummer for the girls. Noisy Wifi. The walls could stand a fresh paint coat.

The apartment was fabulous. It was clean and ready when we arrived. There is a lift too. There is everything you need: cooking equipment, a dishwasher etc. except a hairdryer. We were a group of 4 girls. But we felt very safe. It is practically on the Ramblas. There are two supermarkets nearby, a Dia just next to the building and a carrefour on the Catalunya end of Las Ramblas. This apartment seemed a bit expensive to me initially but later I realised that since we could cook or heat supermarket meals, we saved a lot of money since restaurants can be very expensive in that part of town. I would definitely recommend it.

Well, you have to check in yourself. I would give 5 stars to the staff who I mailed the morning we were leaving to let them know what time I'd be coming in and they wrote the entire check in process in their reply, which was practical because we didn't have to call them on arrival. It may seem scary not to have anyone around when you arrive...but it's quite easy really. Also they debited my card a couple of days before arrival for the entire amount. I was a little apprehensive because we had already paid before arrival. But it was worth it.

Perfect place in the city, and good description of the appartment.

But : only 4 glasses , 4 plates and 4 knifes and furks... It's a not enough for a 4 people flat ! Cheap equipment. Wifi was not working excepted in the bathroom....

Excellent location directly on Ramblas.

I had my credit card charged for the four rooms i booked at 600 euro! they said it was a damage deposit but no damage occurred. They then changed their mind and said it was due to noise. Stay away from these apartments as you will be surely ripped off!!!!

Only location.

Very bad facility. I stayed for 4 nights. I had no hot water for 2 nights. They move us to somewhere else whcih waste of time. And the new apartment is also bad. My friend and I got a cold from cold shower. The worst apartment I've ever stayed.

The apartment is very comfortable, all kitchen facilities, great location. Definately will come back
