Ushuaia Ibiza Beach Hotel - Adults Only  

Excellent Location, Live dj Nights.

Quite frankly the service at this Hotel is truely shocking. As a £600 pound a night guest you are treated with contempt by most of the security staff, of which there are many, just as if you are some drunken idiot at a night club. Customer service and room service are equally shocking. The prevailing attitude seems to be that you are paying the money simply for the location.

Excellent party hotel. Good location situated between 'Space' and the beach.

Staff are arrogant and ignore people waiting. Computer system at reception terribly bad makes checking in a 30 minute ordeal. For a 5 start hotel I was surprise to be told off that I couldn't take a cup of coffee from breakfast to the pool or to my room. Charging for sun beds on the beach eur 7 each a day is a cheek too.

The hotel staff couln't help us enough. And the breakfast was amazing.

I requested a room with a balcony and was delighted top get room 2106 with a balcony over looking the main vip area of the hotel parties. Thank you very much Hotel Ushuaia

Unfortunately we couldn't get a late check out on Saturday 1st Oct but understood it was the closing party. However we felt as if we were almost dismissed from the hotel from midday and didn't have access to any facilities.

Fantastic! Cannot fault it. Amazing pool party! Stunning hotel. Will definitely be going back. Was not cheap, but was worth it! No kids made it even more perfect too.

The concept was amazing

- stylish design - friendly staff @ Spa - friendly waiters @ beach club - good food @ restaurant - quality music during the day and night - parties & no charge for participating if you are a guest - very quick room service regarding fixing things - goodlooking & trendy guests - adorable no presence of families

- ceiling leak - sink stuffed - mini bar missing stuff - stains on the bed and clothes after cleaning - no fruit to be taken away from breakfast - breakfast stops too early - music starts loud too early (9.30) - pigiama thrown away during cleaning - security staff too annoying with people not part of the hotel or annoying in general checkin every single details of who is entering - bottle opener missing - no glasses put back once used - no enough towels at the pool - no right info given regardin pre-sale tickets for parties - safe broken - room service arrived too late (after 1 hour) - too slow food service at beach club - black electronic gadget in the room with no explanation how to use them - ipod plug missing !!! - no number list to call

If you like party, Ushuaia is the best hotel around the world. The breakfast and localization are fantastic

Not cleaned my room one day

i liked that its for adults only so no kids or families, the pool parties are out of this world, the service is good. it is the best place to stay in ibiza

the most rude beach waiters i have seen in all my life, i do not get how as a hotel customer, you would have so much trouble using the beach.

Great location for the parties being a guest of the hotel and great buffet breakfast.

Security were far too controlling of all guests of the hotel, it was very expensive and lacked the five star service and facilities. More four star facikities with a five star price tag. No lift!! Sometimes reception wouldn't even answer and called to order room service three times without an answer. Not enough day beds by then pool during the day for guests to sit by the pool. Some days no music playing by the pool. No consistency in the service by staff.

When paying top dollar for a stay in a hotel you should never get a busy signal when calling reception. It was constantly busy.
