Pool area and staff are the best thing about this hotel
beds and pillows so uncomfortable. TV remote didnt work had to call 3 times to get a replacement. Unfriendly night staff. Not very helpful concierge service.
WE booked for 3 people, but only 2 of us showed up and they charged us 70euros extra for a triple suite that was actually a double.
-Nice concept and rooms -Bluetooth music device (iphone4 dock) in the rooms -Ice machines in every floor -Breakfast -Location -The stuff
The design, friendly staff at the pool area and music played was awesome! Liked the location too.
Some staff members at the reception area and conceirge were not so helpful and lazy. No tissue boxes in the rooms! People use tissue that's a necessity.
Endless the security is friendly! The staff is now efficient and helpful.

This was my 9th time to Ibiza and this was the best time I've had here, it was expensive but well worth the money, if you can afford it then stay here it's worth it
I stayed at hotel Ushuaia (from 09.16.2014 to 09.23.2014) I can confirm that Amaurys - Bartolo -David - (and the hostess) Mihaela Dinica! Are the best employees of the Hotel !!! They are highly profesional! they know how to put your clients at ease! always smiling! they are very respectful to your customers! I travel a lot because of my job ! and I know many hotel in the world! but employees as Amaurys - Bartolo -David- Mihaela it does not exist anymore! These are the best employee I've met so far !!! Congratulations again for Ushuaia to have employees like them! I will be back for sure next Year !!!
We liked the location, lovely part of the beach. Nice pool but music too loud day time. Nice cocktails. Check in was efficient. Only bonus is getting into Club side for free to watch bands. Good selection at breakfast. Had a lovely steak meal couldn't finish the fillet steak as so big.
Wanted to chill round the pool but music too loud for a conversation. You are out all night, nice to have music lower day time. Staff abit indifferent in some of the bars. Also Sky Lounge not open until 8pm & some days closed. I preferred the seating at Hard Rock roof bar. A notice in reception to advise would be helpful if bar is open. Also you can use Hard Rock roof bar, would be nice to know what they have on as 1 night had a live singer. You get charged for Nespresso in your room, we paid enough for that to be included. Breakfast was very busy around 10.30/11am so had to queue for a table. Kitchen closes at 11am so they won't cook you any items, even though it finishes at 11.30am.
Great parties, food and location
I have been here 4 years running and would never return again. The staff were so rude it was a joke. We were made to feel unwelcome and as if we were just another person when paying £500 a night for a week we expected much better. The beach staff and door staff didn't even acknowledge us and were extremely rude. All in all we were very unhappy and after recommending this hotel to 100's of friends, clients and using this for all our previous business trips we are very disappointed
best hotel to stay and party in ibiza
Very expensive food and drink
The beach club
We upgraded our room as we was on honeymoon so spent a lot of money over the time we stayed there. We checked out 12pm but our flight wasn't until 12pm that evening. Prodigy was playing that evening we wasn't allowed back in the hotel unless we bought a ticket. This is very poor! Even tho it would of been just to chill on beach until our flight. It seems once you check out ushisia no longer care for your service. No matter how much you've spend there on previous days.
The parties and the Dj,s.
Way too commercial and the approach of the hotel is for every customer you lose you will have another one. Being the most expensive room on the Island comes with certain expectations that are not a priority for the management it seems.
Location. Saturday party called Antz, the beach, being able to use the facilities at Ushuaia Tower and Hard Rock Cafe.
Breakfast Buffet for €39 per person which wasn't even that great. Staff not really friendly or accomodating, I mean when you pay this kind of money you would expect some kind of gratitude. It's like we are the privaledged ones to stay at the hotel and the hotel aren't bothered about it's guests. Really Expensive. Would not stay here again
if you want to party its the place
The Hotel is absolutely the best of partying. Good location, Amicable Staff, Nice Beach. Superb breakfast. Nice rooms,
The prices are exaggerated. No value for money. A beer costs €12 during parties. Come on. A chicken salad €24. All residents end up buying drinks from outside shops which are value for money. I do not believe that any guest who pays €500 for a night stay enjoys those prices.
The djs coming to see you! The breakfast, and the choice of pools to use.
Food e.g muffins/cookies etc need to be covered up so flies can't land of them at breakfast. There should be drinks price discounts for residents staying at the hotel.
The concierge were beyond amazing! They were kind, courteous, and attentive to us. This includes the bellboys, they were friendly and talkative and offered an excellent level of personalised service..
In many of the cases, the staff were very rude, and had no level of service. The reception was disorganised, and the quality of the food was okay, but not that deserving a five-star rating.
