部屋が広かったこと。

説明文では地下鉄から徒歩1分となっていたが、とても無理。5分とすべきでしょう。近所に手ごろなレストラ- ンがない。上階の生活音が聞こえた。WIFI使用可となていたが、室内で使えず。四つ星というランクにして- はちと物足らぬ。

The staff was amateurish and the hotel didn't offer 4 star services, it was 3 stars at best

hotel cleanliness good, although some furniture 'battered' breakfast ok, no hot bacon, puddings , etc, complimentary water in room fridge nice touch

some reception staff rude , bit far from central madrid , drinks in bar expensive for half glass bear , €4 at bar,€ 5 sittingdown, €6 in reception, some furniture , skirting boards, doors in poor condition ,

Business hotel catering for conferences. Totally unsuitable for a disabled traveller. Poor hotel information about facilities or amenities. Requested twin room due to disability on one of the party, got a double room. Conference guests crowded the entrance, smoking immediately outside of doors and filling all the public areas with smoke. Breakfast below even a reasonable standard for 4star hotel. Wifi is not free and system used blocks mobile signal so emails cannot be sent or received without paying €15 service fee. Extremely noisy due to location adjacent to major road.

It was clean,very modern and closed to the metro station. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

free wi-fi was unaccessible in room (8th floor), moreover it didn't even near the reception

Although booked 2 months in advance they gave us a twin room instead of a double. They moved us the next day but it was a little frustrating when we arrived so late. Bedding could do with updating. Otherwise the room was clean and comfy. Location is great, a few hundred yards from the metro station Sainz de Baranda where you can get the tube to pretty much anywhere. 10 mins on the bus to the city centre. Great little cafes nearby where a 2 x cafe con leches & tortillas will set you back less than 4 euros which is a great breakfast / snack!

Food selection in the bar is poor Twin room was given instead of a double even though the room booked in advance

Rooms are very modern, bathroom warm and luxurious. Breakfast buffet is to die for -- the most we paid in Madrid or southern France, but worth it if you are hungry, and they stay open until 10:30.

It is more business- than family-oriented, which we didn't realize when we made the reservation, but it worked out great. Room was incredibly hot when we first arrived and we had to get the staff to help us open the window. Everyone was very pleasant and they sent help immediately for two separate issues.

Recommended for a city break. Good value.Excellent breakfast.Well positioned for buses and metro. Plenty of places to eat nearby.
