The location is just wonderful. Me and my daughter had a great stay. She loved all the animals. I definitely would go there again.

The pool was cold, but that was expected consider the weather. (mars/april)

The whole hotel lay out, super landscaping and views, clean air and tranquility. The character of the buildings. The restaurant was good too, good food and friendly service. I enjoyed the facilities available, riding and a massage. My husband enjoyed the mountain walks.

Swimming pool not heated, too cold to swim. The bedrooms were dark as only a small window and no glass in it. The fire was need whenever we were in the room as it was cold at night.

Certainly the most charming and hospitable place on the island! Unique rustic atmosphere in a beautiful surrounding and a genuinely homey and uncomplicated feel to spending a few nights enjoying excellent food and the marvels of nature. This warm-hearted place comes warmly recommended! - C & M

A very warm welcome on arrival. All the staff including the restaurant were very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and the heater was much appreciated in February! I had relaxing treatments in the therapy centre with Martha who was lovely. Over all a very enjoyable stay.

The room could of been kept a little cleaner during my stay. I think the restaurant could benefit from a specials board as sometimes items on the menu weren't available.

Georgious location, nice rooms, lovely staff, great food in the restaurant.

Hot water didn't last very long even in a room with a larger water tank. Shame the pool wasn't heated in the winter.

Friendly staff, oasis position with tall palm trees. good base for touring.

Room had twin beds rather than double, it was damp and hot water tank was so small it couldn't manage two showers.

The ambience of the location and experience of country life in Gran Canaria

The cold at night but that goes with the winter climate
