my friends and I enjoyed our stay. Good modern facilities and beautiful interior design.
The only problem we had was with the boiler. The water kept going cold while having a shower and had to wait minutes for it to get hot again. The excuse was that the boiler is small but, the apartment was meant for 5 people and we were 5. I just feel adequate provisions should be made to suit and meet different needs.
Did meet expectations. No issues with WIFI. Sufficient toilet paper. No issues with bathroom flooding. No issues with temperature. Airco unit does also heat and we did get an extra electric heater whuch we didn't use.
One time when we returned the door of the apartment was open while it was properly locked when we left. No belongings missing, but gives strange feeling.

there was no kettle in the kitchen and although one was promised it never arrived. we bought our own but had to leave it after us..chair/table legs needed stick on pads to muffle the noise when dragged around in adjoining rooms.Door closing and locking mechanism was over complicated and noisy. WIFI was poor.

Very clean and modern, Perfect location, fully equipped apartment with full kitchen facilities (toaster, microwave oven, electric oven, fridge, washing machine, all types of dishes, etc everything you need to cook), perceft WiFi, perfect hot water, bathroom equipped with everything. Our return flight was late at night and we checked out late afternoon without any extra fee, very helpful and friendly staff.
Very confortable place to stay
Spacious with modern furnishings and decor. Nice kitchen area with hob, microwave, fridge and washing machine.
Inadequate heating for winter use, we were there in December and it was impossible to heat the apartment to comfortable temperature even though it was quite warm outside. Shower waste pipe was partly blocked and you could only run shower for about 1 minute without risking flooding the bathroom. There was no toilet roll provided on arrival.

The shower room flooded every time someone took a shower which meant for 6 people to shower we have a flooded bathroom every morning and evening. We requested parking 10 days in advance, no one ever got back to us. There was no one on reception in the day or evening, we had to make special arrangement to see someone. No towels were provided, daily cleaning was not very good.
Very close to Placa Espanya (first stop on Aerobus from airport, close to Monjuic and magic fountains, good metro links). Late night convenience store round the corner. Converted bullring at Placa Espanya has loads of shops and restaurants. Small and compact - 5 single beds in 3 rooms (2 + 2 + 1) and a double sofa bed in the lounge. Aircon in the lounge only. Simple decor. Friendly reception staff (although they were absent most of the time). The apartment and neighbourhood felt safe.
We've never stayed in a apartment before, so weren't sure what to expect. One shower for 6 of us was tricky, especially when it kept overflowing. When I asked for additional toilet paper (2 rolls provided - for 6 people, staying 1 week) I was told we hadn't paid (extra) for cleaning service. There were small cockroaches in the apartment - not a big deal for us, but might be for some. Kitchen equipment was basic (no can opener, corkscrew, bottle opener) and no washing up liquid, scourers, tea towels… Wifi wasn't working on first day although it was fixed by the second

Jorge was extremely helpful, spoke good English and was able to give us clear instructions on taking the right bus to the airport the next morning. He answered other similar questions, made good suggestions, and was the best host we had on our 2-week trip through several different properties.
Hard to find. They were doing some construction, so the entrance was obscured. Fortunately, we had the address, and persevered.

Good location for bus and metro. The apartment is well equipped. Jorge the "owner" is very welcoming and helpful but not very effective.
Difficult to find as there is no identifiable reception just an office. No internet connection (despite assurances from Jorge that it would be fixed immediately) unless you stand in the entrance lobby or outside the office. The sofa which was used as a second bed was grubby and so was the quilt provided for it. There was only a sheet and no pillow case or quilt cover ( we did not discover this until late at night so did not feel we could call up Jorge ) The heating a 1500 watt convector was a bit marginal in February.
Location was good with connections with bus and metro.
At check-out we waited in front of the office, in the street, for more than 30 minutes for somebody to come, if it weren't for the 200 euros that we had to leave as a deposit we would probably just left the key somewhere. Don't count on the internet connection, it's really bad. The sofa was really dirty and full of stains. The neighbours were loud and you will find the apartment full of sushi smell (from a restaurant downstairs).
