Big confortable rooms, designed well, shuttle transport to airport

Shuttle transport to city was organized only 4 times a day, even meeting point is 3-4 km from hotel. There is only one meeting point (placa Espana), there are no reasons to be more, like placa Catalunia, ... It needs also latd transfer to hotel, becouse latest is at 7.30, which is to early for turistc. I have feeling that staff were not organized well.

Nicely located, well-equipped, clean and modern. Friendly staff (allowed us to check in 3 hours before check-in time), good value for money. Very quiet neighbourhood, all in all perfect choice, especially for that price!

Contemporary design and room lighting was excellent.

Meals at the hotel are a little pricey.

Good location , about 15 min away from the centre. Shopping mall is in 5min walking distance. ( There was a great Wok Buffet in the shopping mall ~10 Eur pp) The Hotel offers free secure luggage room and free transportation from/to airport.

Air-conditioner was not working and it was a bit hot during the nigh. We staid during the early spring when the system was set to heating and not to cooling, that`s why it was not possible to switch air-conditioner on. It was +18 outside and the only way to lower the temperature in the room was to keep windows open.

We had a good stay at the Fira Congress, the hotel itself was modern and we where able to make use of the Spa which was a bonus. I found the bed matress extremely hard to lye on and as a british traveller was disapointed that there was no kettle in the room to make myself a cup of tea - essential for any british traveller. Overall though I would recoment the Fira Congress for those looking for good standard accomodation at a fair price. Its set in a quiet location which is rather nice when you have been faced with the husstle bussle of Barcelona city all day. I would return to the Fira Congress albeit armed with my own travel kettle and tea bags.

I was happy with the hotel and would stay there agin in the future.The staff where polite and helpfull.

The price (69 without breakfirst) is absolutely worth. the room is big enough, they provide tooth brush,slippers,bathrobes,CD music player. It was good.

Breakfirst is expensive, 16 EUR...

Good value for money

Fabulous staff, very friendly and efficent. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Location was perfect for overnight airport stay with shopping centre within walking distance.

Mini Bar wasn't really a mini bar - stocking only 2 bottles of mineral water. Breakfast was extremley pricey.

Very profesional and helpfull front desck personell

Amazing facilities, especially for the price-- very modern and design- oriented. We were sold on the free shuttle to and from the airport, since we came in late and were leaving early the next morning but wanted to be close enough to take a quick trip into the city.

We left something behind in the hotel and realized once we were all the way through security and customs. Staff offered to deliver it to the airport with the next shuttle (meaning we would have had to leave and go through security all over again, with very little time before boarding), and were not willing to send it either to an address in or outside of Spain, even if we covered the cost. Seemed like a strange, somewhat customer- unfriendly way to handle a minor issue.
