Fisa Rentals Gran Via Apartments (格兰大道费萨租赁公寓)  

房间宽敞，公寓里有完备的厨房设施，还有洗衣机。地理位置很好，步行到加泰罗尼亚广场只要10分钟。非周末- 的白天有前台，可以寄存行李和解答问题。

我们不是很喜欢沙发床，而且没有卧室睡在客厅的感觉有点怪。入住的5天内旅馆没有任何打扫或更换毛巾，并要- 求我们在退房前需要收拾房间。

The people at the reception where nice and friendly and helpful.

The apartment was not cleaned and ready when we arrived. The check in time is from 15.00 pm. We had to return twice because at 16.00 pm it still wasn't ready. As compensation the filled up the fridge with some drinks. That's not really a compensation for not sticking to your own rules.

Modern interior, very clean, amazing shower, air conditioner, comfortable beds. Fully equipped kitchen. Great location. Walking distance to La Ramblas, Airport Bus and the City Tour Bus. Complimentary drinks (beer and soda), olives and pack of crackers. Deposit was released faster than promised.

Junior suite doesn't have windows. Cleaning charge of 55.00 eur not included in the price on the website (description box, small print).

Location, Friendly Staff

Windows without view. It's really horrible. Only one key of the room. It would be better if staff give travallers usefull some advices about Barcelona. For example, how to buy BCN card, rent a bike etc...

Location--all the major sites (Placa Catulunya, las Rambles, Sagrada Familia, Casa Mila, etc) all within easy walking distance). Excellent wifi/internet reception in apartment.

It's place is great!! Really well located, apartment is clean and spacious. Wifi is terrific! Highly recommend this place. It is walking distance to many main attractions and great restaurants!!

Staying in an apartment, allows you a greater freedom. We could wake when we wanted and really relax for our holiday. Eixample was a prime location ; 10 minutes walk from Sagrada Familia, Casa Batllo and Placa de Catanlunya.

Perhaps the only improvements would have been a really bed- the sofa bed was reasonably comfortable but not 100% satisfying.

Great location and spacious and comfortable apartment!

Very inconvenient, no early luggage check in. We got to Barcelona early in the morning, had to put luggages in a locker facilities. Can't check in earlier than 3 PM. Also must call in the morning to report arrival. Very inconvenient for foreigners who don't have access to a local phone. We'll not stay here again due to all these. I didn't realize I had to pay cleaning fee of 50 euro for only 2 days stay.

Location was very central, making walking easy in any direction to key sights very easy. appreciated having a wasshing machine, though would have liked to have a dryer as well, but it worked.

It would be good if I can keep my luggage at fisa rentals before check in and after check out.

It was nice and clean and well supplied with pans in the kitchen. Bed was comfy and it was nice having a dvd player for the evenings. Great location.

The apartment was very close to the Bus Turistic stops, handy for site- seeing. The walk to the gothic part was about 15minutes, La Ramblas 15 minutes and the beach longer. The apartment was very quiet, a couple of supermarkets were close buy for supplies. The staff met us at the hotel after we rang them on arrival when collecting our luggage, he was very friendly and gave us a map of the area. The airbus from the airport is easy to catch to the apartments, 3rd stop?? And the metro was very close by too , which we used to get to the dancing fountains.

On staying 3 nights, there was no information for changing out towels, which would have been nice.

The apartment is great, centrally located, beautifully decorated, clean and confortable.

The only thing I didn't like was that there is a 60 € cleaning fee they never mention until you have completed your reservation. The apartment is still worth it, although for a short stay it means a considerable increase in the total price, but above all we found it quite inelegant.

The apartment was very new clean and well appointed. We were pleased with the facilities_ beds, furniture, fridge, internet, and space.

This place was fautless. Very happy woth the location and access to transport.

Nice location in the center of Barcelona. Large room, separate kitchen. Newly equipped room.

We stayed here in may 2012 location is excellent. close to passeig de gracia subway. on the quiet side but plaza catalunya is only 10 minute walk. passeig de gracia road itself is an upmarket shopping strip with some cafes. the pickup staff is great. he's on time and very helpful, spent half an hour with you after checking in, giving you advice what to do, where not to go, where to eat drink etc. his restaurant recommendations are good and not too touristy. he carries the card payment device, so don't worry if you don't have cash with you. the apartment has everything. it's clean, new and comfortable. bed is big (king size) and when we checked in, we can tell the linens were just coming out of the laundry. smells fresh and clean. doonas and thinner blankets are both provided. bathroom is big and nice. strong hot water, if you like it hot! iron and ironing board are also provided, which is nice. wifi is fast, doesn't drop out much. we didn't cook nor did any laundry so can't tell you our experience with the kitchen. you get living areas with sofa and tv.. great to chill out after a long day walk considering what you get for the same price in paris, rome or amsterdam, this is a great deal - can't be missed

The location is excellent, only a five minute walk to La Rambla and close to great shopping and eating areas. The apartment is spacious, modern and well equipped. Despite the negative comments below we were happy with our choice.

While the apartment was well equipped there were no written instructions on using the appliances. Our queen size bed consisted of two separately made singles pushed together. While I don't object to paying the cleaning fee in doing so I would expect the apartment to be thoroughly cleaned before arrival.

Good lacation and not far from plaza Catalunya, La Rambla,casa mila and casa batlo! Feel like at home!

Everything you expect in a 3 or 4 stars hotel is included included in the apartment. Excellent location only 2 blocks away from La Rambla, Main centre plaza, underground, bus even taxi rank is right in front of the apartments.

Being on a major road, traffic noise can be a problem, although we got use to it.

Heel goed gelegen. Op 5 min. van plaza Catalunia. Heel vriendelijke receptionist. App was heel proper en mooi ingericht. Pluspunt voor mij is dat je de kamers helemaal kon verduisteren.
