Friendly, quiet, clean, good food, pleasant dinigroom and courtyard, excellent location.

Flor Parks is well situated on Las Ramblas, in close proximity to major sites. Our room, though small by U.S. standards, was immaculate and included an unusually large marble-tiled bathroom (compared to other European hotels) with warm shower in full bathtub plus generous bathroom amenities. The room included flat-screen T.V., desk, phone and room safe. The desk staff was courteous and very helpful. When we explained our difficulty in confirming our flight reservation via the internet from our laptop, the hotel staff extended us the courtesy to utilize their hotel computer past their usual hours of operation. The desk staff was also helpful in securing a taxi for our early morning departure.

Regretable, we were unable to utilize the restaurant for breakfast. Although breakfast was included in our room rate, the facility did not open until 8 a.m., one hour later than our departure time for the airport.

Very close to city centre and metro station. You can walk to the beach and thru La Ramblas.

The hotel is perfectly located for the city trips. Especially for the first visit to Barcelona. It's clean, people are friendly and helpful. The balcony faces La Ramblas, but it is quiet enough to sleep at night.

You should be careful with the restaurant which serves the breakfasts for the hotel. The breakfasts were perfect, but when we ordered paella, the shrimps in it were "not too fresh". Just a wrong place for paella, I guess.

The location of the hotel is the best we can ask at the middle of the Ramblas. The price is very comfortable. The room is too small. we were 2 guys and we got 120 cm bed so we had to replace the room for 140 cm bed, which is not so comfortable too. The bathroom door couldn't close. The staff attitude was very official. Finally, if you are looking for a perfect location, low costs and you don't care about high facilities, it might be the place for you.

The hotel was nice. They moved me and my friend to a room with twin beds connected by a headboard from a single double size bed. I thought I was clear in what I requested from booking.com but it was not. I purchased the breakfast for 10Euro a day which was a rip off. The breakfast ranged from 6.95 Euro to 10. a choice of the 6.95 breakfast was set in stone. You could not add the fruit for 2.50 to equall 10 Euro. They charged extra for the fruit with a 6.50 meal when I prepayed 10 euro. The hotel was nice and the staff was wonderful.

I liked the cleanness in my room and wonderful garden view and silence at nights.

The receptionist behaved rude with me because I took a map from his hands while he was explaining to me how to reach some object in the city. Also I didn't know that it is forbidden to smoke in the hotel's lobby, and receptionist raised his voice on me. This is not complaint but I think a receptionist should not to be rude and not suave in any situation.

The best location, price and friendly staff.

Central position located on the Rambla. Flat entry from the street suitable for a wheelchair and an easily accessible lift. Bedrooms clean. Our allocated room was changed for a larger one on arrival because of our wheelchair without having to ask, although I did explain this when I booked so they should already have been aware. The 5th floor is great, there are only 2 rooms up there with a great view over the Rambla without the noise.

Hotel described as having facilities for the disabled, this does not include the bedrooms. Room 402 is ok but not adapted. We had problems with the plumbing so we had to change rooms which was an issue with the wheelchair. We felt as if we were an inconvenience but we didn't break the toilet! The noise from the street from the lower floors is not good, ask for the 5th floor or the back of the building. Also the floors are marble so every noise from upper floors is magnified, if you stay here don't walk around your room in noisy heels for the benefit of the people below! The reception staff are polite but a bit too keen to sell "Barcelona cards" Breakfast is 10 euros extra and is not impressive, its not a buffet and the same every day.
