Location was fantastic, the staff was extremely helpful when we arrived hours before check in they got a room ready for us quickly. Very nice room, overlooking a garden in the back of the hotel. We would stay there again.

Very helpful staff. We arrived early and they went out of their way to help us and allocate rooms. They also remember our names all weekend. Great central location - near the tube and lots of sights. Good value for money when compared with other hotels in the area.

Hotel was in excellent location on Las Ramblas. It was clean, staff were friendly and excellent value for money. Next door to metro station.

Room didn't have tea/coffee making facility.

The hotel has the best possible location in Barcelona if you are a tourist, plus the rooms on the back side face a beautiful green garden and it's absolutely quiet inside while outside La Rambla bustles with life.

We ere in room 207,They sell it as double room.The bed is small for single room.Well, the hotel is a bit shabby, but affordable hotels in the centre of big European cities usually are.

Right in the heart of the city, superb location. Close to all types of transport

Very thin walls. Could hear the snore of the person in the next room and a huge fight going on on the floor above us. Chairs moving through out the night in the room above. Had no sleep at all!

Location was good. Hotel and room clean and very welcoming by the staff. Liked being able to book a smoking room. The breakfast choice was better than I had expected. Good sized bathroom with a bath.

The bed. Double beds are not big enough for us and it was not that comfortable.

Location is great - on La Rambla & easy to reach with metro station -Liceu station. Very modern and clean, nice bathroom & toiletries. Breakfast is ok - from Via70 restaurant near hotel. Great staffs! We didn't hear much noise from La Rambla.

Although we didn't hear much noise from La Rambla but the wall between the room is very thin! We could hear the noise clearly from the room next door and our neighbours was very noisy - stayed chatting with each other until 3-4 am --' Poor us! For this reason, I can give "Comfort" only "Fair"...

The staff were smart and very, very helpful and friendly. The small room was perfectly adequate and well appointed. The position of the hotel was ideal. Very happy and would definitely go back there.

Only real problem was the terrible bed. Small, and just not possible for two mature people to sleep in. When we mentioned this however the staff told us we could have been moved.

The staff was really friendly and sincerely helpful. Very quiet hotel and yet right in the Ramblas boulevard. I will definitely stay there again next time.

We got a very quiet room. The room was cleaned every day. Friendly staff. Excellent location.

The double bed was a bit small, but comfortable.

very clean in all areas and helpful staff. Location ideal for all areas of city, yoiu can walk to most or metro is opposite hotel. breakfast was reasonably priced and well presented in the cafe.

Fantastic hotel. Best service we received anywhere we stayed in the month of travels. Loved the hotel and the facilities and the rooms are perfect. Very nice and would highly recommend. Location is excellent.

Location is great. Very modern and clean, nice bathroom and toiletries. Smoking rooms are available.

No tea making facilities or room service, not good if you like a cuppa in your jarmies.The hotel restaurant was closed, but they have door into the cafe next door. The worst thing was the plastic backed mattress cover (the sort you put on a babys cot). Not at all inducive of a good nights sleep!!!

Difficult access with motor vehicle!

Very noisy. The walls are paper thin and the scraping of chairs on floors can be heard from all over the hotel. I was unfortunate in that I paid £500 per night for this hotel due to the shortage of hotels in the area. It was worth more like £50 per night.

Excellent location on La Rambles, 1 minute to Liceu (Metro), Great location for Cafe's, bars, restaurant's, 10 minutes to Christopher Columbus column and marina, 20 minutes stroll to barcellonetta & Beaches, staff friendley and helpful, quiet rooms, lift to all floors, TV lounge and use of PC available, Restaurant adjacent to reception for breakfast , tapas and meals.

The welcome by multi-lingual staff interested in making sure that we had a good stay in Barcelona. Cleanliness and room servicing. A most comfortable stay
