Great location - only 5 min from the beach, 5 min from the clubs,restaurants and bars but cause it`s on top of the hill - noise doesn`t bother you! Room was clean and comfortable with fantastic view to the sea! Would return to this hotel again :)

There`s no evening entertainment.

The location of hotel is so good,All places(clubs) are only in walking distance

The meals is not good,They have to improve,and the hotel is all inclusive but drinks are by mmoney and so expensive

Nothing at all, not worth the money, paid for a 4 bedroom room , arrived to only 3 beds which took them a day to sort out! Breakfast was horrific! Friends were staying in 1 star hotel round the corner that was miles nicer and cost them almost 3/4 less! Would not recommend!

Staff very helpful. Clean and tidy. Food excellent. For the price you can't beat it.

Parking the car is difficult and you have to get lucky to avoid a walk back but you are able to drop off and collect right outside the door.

Close to all amenities, but not in the middle of it so quiet and very nice location, lovely sea view from the balcony, nice and helpful staff, big varaiety of food choice, clean and close to very nice beach

The sea wiew is magnificient , we had a room dominated the opposite of a small island wich was very nice . The hotel staff was very friendly and very competent. The food is varied and good quality .

The big problem is that hotel is located near the resort of Magaluff which is pllace where hordes of wild soaked alcohol are become uncontrollable. Unfortunately the weekend some of these people staying at this hotel , making life hell for staff and residents mainly , who can not acces to the pool which resembles a landfill. The bar , restaurant, corridors are filled with noise and waste of those ugly. And dreadful . The management of Universal should take thing in hand to avoid getting a British pub rather than a hotel stay.

We chose hotel "Florida" because of its good price and location / views ratio. The hotel is in a beatiful place on the hill. In the majority of rooms you can enjoy wonderful sea and small island views. We were lucky to come on super full moon period, so through our balcony we were gazing with sighs at amazing moon and moon light path on the sea surface... Summing positive things: Scenary through your windows - beautiful. Food - tasty, rich choice for dinner and different every evening. Breakfast was also ok. We had half board - breakfast+dinner. Location - although you have to walk a bit on a small hill, it's worth it - you get away from noisy Magaluf in a minute and can enjoy more calm surrounding. It was the beginning of the season, so noisy british were no problem. Views - wonderful from the room and pool area. Staff - friendly. Cleanleness - is good, the towels were changed everyday. In general - we were happy and enjoyed our stay.

Don't chose the room in the 1st floor, because you'll be disturbed by the noise from the bar till 12 pm. We had a room in 2nd floor and it was ok then. We had our iPhone charger burnt when we switched the lights off in the bathroom. Bought new one, and it got burnt again. But the hotel electric didn't admit it was hotels problem with electricity. Said our old one had bad connection, the new one said was somehow bad as well. So we did not receive compensation for that. We changed new one in the shop and were using it in another socket and tried not to switch lights again. Basically we didn't want to waste time of holidays proving we are right to the hotel. Room design is a bit old style, but its clean and ok.

The rooms were tidy, with a sea view, swimming pool area as well as breafbast area was nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again. It's quiet compared with the crazyness of Magaluf.
