The reception is located in the same building, Floor 1, Door 8. Reception opening hours are from 09:00 until 21:00 (Monday to Friday) and 09:00 until 15:00 (Saturday). The reception is closed on Sundays and public holidays.
When the reception is closed (after 21:00 weekdays and all day Sundays and public holidays), guests must phone the number on the booking confirmation to arrange key collection.
Bed linen and towels are changed and apartments are cleaned every 3 days.
Please note that the Fly I building does not have a lift.

This was a very good price for accommodation so close to some of the major sights of Barcelona. The kitchenette was useful. It was clean and relatively quiet.
Instructions for getting there from the airport were unnecessarily complicated, given that there is a regular direct rail service from the airport to Clot, which is only one underground stop away from the hotel. Why, then, were we advised to take a bus, walk, then two underground lines? In the event, no-one could direct us to the underground from the stated bus stop and we ended up with a 30-minute walk, with luggage, which was not appreciated. Then, on arrival, we were asked to go away and come back in 30 minutes. I'm not sure why, as all that seemed necessary was to tell us the room number and give us the key. No-one spoke enough English/French/German/Italian to explain. It would be nice to have coffee-making equipment - a filter or cafetiere? One morning we had only cold water, as no-one had explained the system to us.

Little handsome hostel in the center of Barcelona. The best price - quality ratio.
The apartment is placed very close to Sagrada Familia and two metro lines, which is very good when you want to travel to other parts of the city. Good for people who want just to sleep here - not to be in the room whole day.
The staff speak just spanish, the reception is opened only from 9 to 15 (not 21, which is written on Booking.com), so you have just one hour between 14 to 15 to check-in (otherwise you have to arrange by e-mail where they leave you the key and visit the reception for check-in next day). It is impossible to lock the balcony door. The tiles in the bathroom look quite old and the ventilation there doesn´t work, so after the bath it is very humid and stuffy. The main door is opened all day long (because of the limited opening hours of the reception), which doesn´t give you the feeling of security.
Near Sagrada Familia. A lot of shops near this palce to buy some food. Have air conditioning.
Rooms are old, no iron for clothes, no chance to wash clothes, no tea-kettle, shower is old, floor don't have carpet on it, balcony door didn't had a lock (was broken), staff can't speak English!
Spacios rooms with kitchen corner. Good location to metro station "Encants", Line 2. Sagrada Familia is nearby on 10 min walk. Good value for price. Staff is helpful, they don't speak very good English but ready to assist. You could leave your luggage on reception before check-in and after check-out for no extra price.
The airconditioner in our room didn't work so they gave us another room (after the technician couldn't fix it). The hot water was not enough on times.
Very central location and although the room looked a bit old, everything was very clean. The kitchen was pretty well equipped!
The smell of cigarettes along the hallway was a bit unpleasant. The members of staff could not really speak English.
Facilities very basic. Patio door onto balcony didn't lock, didn't feel secure. Neighbours v noisy, maybe soft pads on furniture legs?
It was possible to store luggage during last day after leaving our room.
- I searched via booking.com room for 2 adults and 2 child. Fly I was booked only 2 adults. So they charged us 250 euro extra + taxes. - Hot water lasts only short time. It is very very hard to get pleasent showers when there is 4 people in a room. Not recommended for families with children. - The lock of balcony door was broken. It was unlocked all the time - Stuff don´t speak english at all. - Walls are thin so every voice penetrates them. - Cigarette smells at hallways because staff smokes. - Our room was cleaned only once during one week. - One morning some device of the hostel started an irritating error-beeping noice at 7 am. It did not stop until stuff came at 9 am. Luckily it wasn´t Sunday! - At a Friday-Saturday night youngsters made noicy talking under our window. It lasted few hours. After that muslim men started the same. It lasted greater part at that night. - The place was hard to find. The hostel name is only small text on a door and the door is in a inset.
