Location and staff knowledge and friendliness.
Original room had no outside windows and a noisy air-con unit, despite it being off.
Juan Carlos and Alejandro are the best! Attentive and there for you 100%. Clean, cozy and calm atmosphere pervades the place. Would love to return some day.
Breakfast room a tad snug, but well stocked.
Fabulous place well located very peaceful and extremely helpful staff. Will definitely return.
Liked the atmosphere, decoration and rooms in Moroccan style. We were greeted friendly and got all necessary information and help.
We got the last two rooms on the ground floor where every sound from the reception area could be heard. It was very quiet though after about 10 pm.
Beautiful old house with very nice furniture Owner is extremely friendly and helpful
Only stayed 1 nt and loved it. Owners were welcoming, helpful and friendly . Very easy to walk from hotel to everything. Didn't have breakfast so can't comment. If you are looking for somewhere good to eat, try La Cruz Blanca. Would stay again without hesitation. Reminded me of a Riad we stayed st in Morocco
We had an excellent stay in Jerez thanks to Alejandro, the manager at la condo barranco. He had great recommendations and helped set up our sherry tour, a free flamenco show, and even our transportation to our next destination. We would highly recommend this place to anyone!
Superb! Lovely room, personnel were very helpful and a beautiful terrace room to enjoy breakfast/peace/friends/a drink. Loved it
Limited wifi but there again that can be a bonus!
Alejandro and Juan Carlos. Location. Beautiful property. Lovely rooftop setting for breakfast.
Lovely little boutique hotel/guest house in a quiet street but very close to all the major attractions. Beautifully decorated, lovely roof terrace. Extremely helpful staff. Cannot recommend highly enough. We will definitely be back.
The tranquility, the decor. The owner and his friendliness. Close to the town centre
Nothing negative during our stay
The staff were incredibly friendly and could not have done more to help, regardless of the time of the day or night.
Excellent location, very friendly and helpful staff, spacious, clean rooms, quiet at night, comfortable beds. Excellent value for money and highly recommended. Breakfast in the roof terrace was lovely.
Fabulous host and delightful environment
Alejandro made us feel really welcome. All recommendations were fantastic. Thank you. We had a great 24 hours in Jerez.
Shower head fixed to the wall
Small noisy room
Great room. Great staff. Great location.
Fantastic staff. The house is really beautiful and has been lovingly restored. Its location couldn't be better.
David is a most welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable host. He seems to run the place pretty much single-handed, but he was always available when we needed him. The property is basically run as a B&B or as a pension, but the historic conversion, which is both sensitive and effective, gives the house much more atmosphere and soul than those descriotors might suggest.
Just a couple of minor things. There is wifi in the house, but it doesn't penetrate into the guest rooms. I would have liked a little more light in the bedroom.
