Die zentrale Lage. Nur wenige Meter zum Strand und Zentrum.

Schlechte Erreichbarkeit/Ausschilderung für fremde Autofahrer.

Das Frühstück war sehr sehr schlecht!!!

Es hat mir sehr gut gefallen sehr sauber, nettes Personal, Frühstück auch ok Es ist angenehm am pool zuliegen. Die Liegen sind sehr bequem alles in allen Weiter zu Empflehen

Der Eingangsbereich und die Ausstattung des Zimmers.

Wir gehen davon aus, daß die Sanierung des Hauses noch nicht kompl. abgeschlossen war, und die Ecken und Wände noch vom Mörtel befreit werden Der Frühstücksraum , die Ausstattung und Sauberkeit waren nicht ok.

My wife would like a mirror above the dressing table (then I can get in the shower) Another towel rail in the bathroom to dry bath towels .

This Hotel is set in a derelict/war zone type area with the majority of the surrounding buildings appearing to be part of a bomb site. Add to this the dreadful weather – thunder, lightening and torrential rain (April 21st to April 28th 2013) and you have the holiday from hell. The Hotel has no lounge bar, in fact no lounge at all unless you consider a room approx 12’ x 12’ having one cheap sofa in and a vending machine selling crisps/chocolate bars a lounge. Even this didn’t work and having put one and a half euros in, we had to call someone from Reception who appeared quite used to the request and who grabbed hold of the machine and shook it hard, whereuopon the chocolate bar appeared. Just another way to try to get money out of the guest I fear, as many people didn’t bother to ask for assistance and just walked off. There is no-where comfortable to sit. One small bedroom chair in a twin bedded room, two galvanised outdoor chairs on the “terrace” which never saw the sun because of the height of the surrounding buildings. The swimming pool was closed, we were not informed of this fact when we booked; so there was no option to even sit on a sun lounger during the few hours of sun that there was. The surrounding sea front was lovely, small sandy coves all along a large promenade but again, no-where to sit, no sun- loungers or deck chairs for hire. Add to this the constant harassment from vendors trying to sell you sun glasses or beg from you – with signs saying they had no job, babies and no food. There were very few minutes without an interruption of some sort from these people. The best thing about the Hotel was Roberto, the breakfast waiter. I call him a breakfast waiter but really this is not truthful. The breakfast was so dire that even though the Hotel advertised as serving lunch and dinner, it was never open at those times and just as well, it would have been a waste of time.

Very friendly and helpful staff who spoke very good English. Clean and bright rooms. Rooms cleaned and fresh towels everyday. Great choice for breakfast. Very central to all amenities. Definitely recommend for a great stay in Torrevieja.

Wifi connection in bedroom not great but in other areas in hotel there was a perfect connection.

The Hotel has been recently upgraded to a very high standard. The Hotel also allowed me to have my small Dog accompany me, this was essential as this facility is not so common now at other Hotels. Hotel Parking was very convenient and also essential for me.

Modern, renovated, nice terrace, nice staff.

Rather bad breakfast, bad isolation, we overheard other rooms all the time. We missed hooks for clothes and towels. Only one chair which was too low for the table.

There was no where to put the soap in the shower cubicle except on the floor

the receptionist was friendly and booked us in quickly.The bed was very comfortable and as a town centre hotel was convenient for shops and harbour area.the bathroom is very modern with a sink within the room and a separate wet room with a very powerful shower.The breakfast is very spainish but it is a spainish hotel so dont moan about an english breakfast

car parking is 10e per day the lip on the exterior of the shower is very low so water tended to run over the top and towards the sink.The breakfast is expensive so get one included as part of the room price

two minus: 1. Very noisy! We head all from the street, hall, snore of neighbor next door. 2. Very big cockroach in bathroom.

quality of breakfast could have been improved with the tables set with cutlery etc and a menu offering the cooked items such as bacon, egg etc. otherwise ok.
