breakfast included but Monday morning no breakfast except one very bad omlet.
room facility/cleanliness hotel position helpful staff
no bar italian restaurant
We Could'nt park outside the hotel to unload our luggage. The hotel is based on a one way street with the outside lane taxi only. We had difficulty getting to the parking facilities.
Bed was comfortable
No door to the bath room Reception staff was very limited
Staff - very helpful.
Noise levels - needed to move to different room. Toilets too exposed to bedroom...
Room quality Location Cleanliness
The location of the hotel is perfect. All interesting places are at walking distance. The rooms are clean and quiet; wifi is good. The beds are comfortable. Room service is good.
We made reservation 3 months ahead for a kingsize bed, but this was ignored. The toilet and bathroom are constructed of slightly opaque glass with no locks, so there is little privacy. The sewer caused unpleasant smells in the hotel. Breakfast was slightly disappointing
Quality was a bit dissappointing. Not five star, three or may be four is ok...
Location. It was very good for centre attractions and old town
No car parking Not all facilities available though it was Christmas No hospitality tray in room for tea and coffee Day staff friendly and helpful Night staff not The hotel is nice but This is not a 5 star hotel
Best location and excellent service
Staff were pleasant and price was very reasonable.
Not a 5 Star Hotel. Restaurant was closed, no bar or comfortable public rooms. We saw 8 rooms before we finally found one where the shower wasn't in a very tatty state. Difficult to find hotel and you have to park in a public car park. We hired a cab which we followed or we would still be driving around Granada! Very helpful member of staff got the car from the car park for us. If it didn't bill itself as a 5 Star Hotel our expectations would have been lower.
The room was great, big windows, comfy king bed, upscale but small bathroom. Outstanding central location.
Complementary coffee in the morning dried up ( they ran out of coffee pods!). We were not told of the discount rates for parking across the street until we were checking out and we'd already paid for each day in the week - very annoying!
The bar & the restaurants were empty
Near to down town and Alhambra Comfortable room Good bed Clean and well-maintained Good breakfast Helpful staff
Quite a lot of street noise Parking was an issue
This is a decent hotel with good size rooms. It's very close to central Granada and the staff were mostly helpful. The rooftop bar, albeit quiet, has a lovely view.
The restaurant wasn't open for lunch. It all felt a bit desolate. Admittedly it was low season but I still wouldn't call this 5 star service etc
Very nice staff. Great location and rooms were very nice and quite spacious.
Open plan bathroom took a bit of getting used to. Very complicated tap system in bath the shower came down all over my head. My friend banged her elbow on the soap dish. We had to change rooms due to a drain smell in the toilet.
Quiet even though on very busy road Bed very comfortable
No door on bathroom! Nighttime visits meant whole bedroom lit up. Not impressed with breakfast in street level cafe. No evening restaurant in 5 star hotel.
Excellent location, right in the center of the town within walking distance to Abaycin, all buses, Cathedral, shopping aso. Very friendly staff. Staff member parks your car for you in a nearby garage. Great view of Alhambra from the terrasse. Overall more a 4 than a 5 star hotel (price as well 4 star, so good value for money).
There's no door between room and bathroom! Very unpleasant detail, especially since the sewer in the bathroom stank quite a bit. We could open the windows since weather permitted but what do you do in winter? Strange, but only negative issue with this hotel. Would still stay there again, location unbeatable!
The location near to centre of this lovely city and near to the AlbAcin. Very convenient. Martin in reception particularly helpful. Room clean. Beds comfortable. View from roof bar excellent.
Roof bar not open when it was meant to be open. Bar worker clueless and disappeared for over 20 minutes to get wine because therewas none behind the bar. Ensuite Toilet in frosted glass cubicle with no other door between sleeping area. Strange!
Location, bed, size of room
The room I stayed in had the toilet behind a half wall in glass which means that going to the toilet is no private business. I would not stay there again and never as a couple.
The location, helpfulness of the reception staff and the big room on the corner of the 3rd floor.
It can be a bit noisy at night. It would have been nice if the rooftop bar was open every evening.
We got a room in the 4th floor, and although it was a attic (sloping roof, ceiling windows,...) it was nicely decorated and quite functional.
I didn´t like much the brekfast, although if you are a fruit lover and like healthy breakfast, this is your place! (I missed the bacon and scramble eggs)
Nice hotel in the center of Granada with a rooftop bar (not very high) with a view on the Alhambra and the Cathedral.
No separate bathroom, it's in your room. Hotel is ok, but nothing special.
Drain outlet of the shower room was jamming so water flooded the outside of the shower room.
The hotel has a beautiful traditional facade but a very tasteful contemporary interior. It is on the fringe of the old moorish part of Granada so you can start walking the narrow streets and alleys which is a real adventure. The Cathedral is a 3 minute walk. The hotel is also a very good value.
The toilette, although screened with a frosted pane of glass, is not private enough.
