Score from 1095 reviews Very good
I can't give this hotel high enough marks. For location, very near nightlife, dining, views of the Alhambra and only a few blocks from a shuttle that takes you straight up to the Alhambra. The staff was amazing, helpful and all that goes along with it.
Great location, great amenities.
Immediately made to feel welcome by staff and very informative re places to visit etc
The choose of bathroom structure are not so good for a five stars hotel. No privacy no comfort
clean and modern
parking is a challenge
The location was terrific, right next to the old city. Fantastic area to walk around in. And yet the hotel was relatively quiet especially at night. Courteous and professional service.
Room. Spa and massage excellent
location was good , clean and veriberant city good bars and there was a good buz around.
I was a little disapointed on the hotel looked so much better on bookings .com should have read all the reviews if you check te breakfast one out it comes out bad sorry . I dont like to knock anyone but the she was bad , but the guy at reciption was fantastic good manner and very good at his job , you need to kee him , no sign of a manger any where
The location of the hotel is right next to the Cathedral. The room we had was very comfortable. I liked the separate shower and bathtub. The decor is upbeat and modern. We didn't try the Morrison Café, but seems like a fun place.
Breakfast could be improved upon, but overall was good.
Love the bar at the top of the hotel, great location, good range of facilities In the room, staff on reception very helpful.
The maintenance of the building and rooms was poor, carpets with marks, walls scuffed, damaged fixtures . The decor was trying to be 5 star but was cheap looking . I am quite sure this ticks the boxes for a 5 star hotel but the lack of attention to detail would make it 4 in my opinion , having stayed in a number of 5 star hotels I would say it has a little way to go to achieve that standard .
The man on reception in the morning was very helpful & friendly. Also the man in the spa was very good.
That the breakfast buffet wasn't open on our second morning but no big issue.
Situated in the centre, very nice street. In front of street parking, which costs for hotel guests chipper. Roomservis was nice and fast, personal of hotel are kind, responsible, helpfull. A huge bed, which is very comfortable.. My room view and window was amazing.. I liked this hotel, if I ever visit Granada again- definitely will stay here
Breakfast is nothing. Just cheese. No Iron, No kettle for water, no slippers,
Male receptionist very helpful friendly and polite.
Female staff unhelpful. Only 1 person on reception - reported air conditioning faulty and not attended to. Definitely not a 5 star hotel.
The staff were helpful and after much waiting for a reply we did get room service. The room was fine and in a good location.
The restaurant was only open at week-ends and the terrace was only open from Thursday ( we were not told that booking.com, we went Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday). The bar was not open, you could not get a coffee or anything) The room information said that there were bathrobes and slippers but we did not have any even though we asked three times.
Good central location Fantastic view from the terrace of the Alhambra and the cathedral Modern and clean Helpful staff Good spa area
Coffee at breakfast was bitter Croissant was not nice
Staff friendlyness, quality, bathroom
The pics on the website are dated, the pool area was shabby, the exterior of the building is grim but interior is nice
Absolutely not worth the price. Reception staff were rude at us. There was no shower caps, shower gel and other facilities that are supossed to be included in a 5 star hotel. The reception staff did not collaborate at all with all our complaints about the lack of details in our room. I do not recommend this one if you are thinking about getting a luxury choice in the city. A 3 star disguised in my opinion.
Spa and restaurant were closed with no explanation why. However, the room was spacious and clean. Room was quiet in evening even though street below was under repairs (noisy during day but not hotel's fault)
Excelent location, great staff, rooms are big and very clean. Excelent hotel!!!
Massive very comfortable bed and high level finish through out. Perfect location
The sound and light insulation of our room on the top floor was terrible. The 3 blinds didn't block out the light and one of them was barely attached to the skylight. One attraction of the hotel was the roof top bar overlooking the cathredral, it was closed for all the days we were there!
The location and very nice staff
The bathroom without enough privacy
