Location was perfect inthe Barrio Cruz area which is best in city Roof top bar was great Junior Suite Room 207 was a beautiful room with very comfy enormous bed All in all a really good experience and would definitely go back

The staff were very friendly and the hotel was clean and comfortable. It was also really well situated 2 minutes walk from the cathedral in the old quarter of Santa Cruz. We were able to walk everywhere to visit all the key attractions of Seville.

The breakfast was very good but probably on the expensive side.

The Fontecruz is a very elegant and well kept and when you get you seem to leave the world behind. Enter a muffled world, the atmosphere is wonderful. The rooms are neat and beautiful and important thing are the most comfortable beds. Beautiful terrace and the pool but we did not use because the temperature did not allow it. The strong point of the hotel is nice and the young Pedro, I have to say that thanks to him we have received great advice on everything. The rest of the staff non-existent and this little

Part of the staff was unprepaired and unaware of the hotel procedures Our water tempeture was not working well - the shower was either boiling or freezing cold

Amazing location, so close to the cathedral and Alcazar! Beautiful terrace with a bar and view of the Giralda. Surprisingly large room, clean and modern. Staff were friendly and helpful in recommending restaurants, giving info and arranging taxi on departure.

Only thing missing really was a kettle to make hot drinks but many Spanish hotels do not provide this service. Would've been nice if breakfast was included in the price, but so many cafes around you could have breakfast for 2 for 15 euros.

excellent service, especially at the front desk, they went out of their way to help us with anything that we needed. beautiful rooms and common areas, and great location, very close to resturants. Highly reccommend this hotel

Rooms are a bit too small, our room had a view of a 5x4m inner courtyard, felt a bit like a jail, breakfast is way too expensive at 17euro for the offering and self service setting. Lack of visitors brochures & town's information. Lack of charm and personality of the whole hotel

Couldn't fault the hotel!

The staff, their friendliness and helpfullness, Pablo one among them. Having a late flight to go home, we could stay a few more hours in our room to rest.The location and the lay-out.We will comeback when in Seville and will try their hotel in Granada.

The lighting in the room which was very elegant but too dim. The breakfast did not correspond with the rest.

This was a really nice hotel - close to the Cathederal and Palace. Walking distance to most things including a street full of places to eat. Would loveto visit on summer to take full advantage of the roof top terrace and pool

Spains plumbing is ofetn a bit smelly and thi swas noticed occasinally in the hotel.

the design, the layout, the size of the room - 308! the atmosphere!

nothing really! actaully the shower glass partition seel where it sat on the bath was a little bit dirty(had mould from the water), but this was minor!
