The staff have been very polite and helpful. Also, I ordered breakfast in my room which was very nice, especially the coffee. It was a short visit and everything I needed was available.

Fully meets expectations, although price seems to meet more the appearance than the actual market position of the hotel. Very big rooms (mini-apartments), quite, clean. Good WIFI connectivity. It pretends a level of luxury that does not correspond to reality. Use of old-style furniture, plastic plants, synthetic grass on golf (mini) course, are some examples. A bit more care on the outside parking would be appreciated. There are small pillars that may be unseen when reversing that could damage the car. Also, the lack of pavement in the external parking makes it very dusty on dry days and a bit muddy on wet days.

I have previously used the Foxa on business trips. This time, we were travelling from France to southern Spain, and needed a stop-off point. The Foxa was ideal, we didn't get caught in the Madrid traffic, the ring- roads were easy to use. Also, the spa was relaxing, and the local restaurants are good. If you wanted to take a trip into Madrid, the station is 3 minutes from the hotel, and gets you into the centre. Some rooms face over the ring-road, and can be a little noisy.

The room was very spacious and there was place for everything, the bathroom was well- equiped and it was always well cleaned. The balcony was also quite large. The staff wasn't specially friendly and the services such as pool and parking were considerably overpriced. The decoration and restaurants/bars at the hotel were also quite displeasing and the hotel wasn't very lively.

Impressive-looking common area. Great workout facility. Quaint decor. Overall a pleasant stay. What was provided was good, however could beef up their in-house restaurant. In-room tv was very small, and not modern (no selection of languages as is available in Spain on most modern TVs). The curtain didn't fully cover the window; there was no way to completely block out the street lights at night.

Very near from the Office, then don't need to take a taxi the morning My room (half of them) are near the highway, too much noisy difficult to sleep (most important in an hotel). Morning when I take my bath I pushed the button for watter moved with bubble and I received cold water coming from the previous personn in this room. The breakfast is really horrible. Honestly this is Suite but with low service. Second day I decided to go to Novotel. Br Pierre

The very best thing about the Foxa Tres Cantos is the quality of the rooms. They are quite superb. Large, beautifully furnished and very comfortable. Each room has a very spacious balcony too. The bathrooms are magnificent and the powerful whirlpool bath, complete with underwater lights is a must do. The building itself is quite something, with a 7 storey circular atrium topped with an ornate glass roof. It is a very smart hotel indeed. The hotel overlooks the site of the proposed golf course for Madrid's 2018 Ryder Cup bid. On the downside, there is not much to do in the hotel, unless you're into using the gym. The bar and restaurant are very disappointing and usually very quiet. This is a pity, because there really isn't much in Tres Cantos by way of competition. Some may find the noise from the adjacent highway and train station to be a nuisance, but it has never really bothered me.
