Morgenmaden var plastikomlagt kager/småbrød- ikke til at blive mæt af, eller smagte godt!

Lå I et stille beliggende område.

Kunne ikke komme ud af hotellet før kl 07.00 om morgenen, da hoveddøren var låst og der var ingen personale. Morgenmaden var ikke noget at råbe hurra for!! Kunne godt have været lidt mere spændende.

Room was clean T.V. good.

No hot water the second day. Breakfast, was terrible, please do not state that breakfast is included. Waited for 1 hour as room not ready albeit 6pm!. Too far from city to walk.

Room was clean, ready when I arrived, and a good budget choice.

Location is not tourist friendly. It is in a residential neighborhood, on a Main Street, but there is no bus line and no taxis nearby. It was a thirty or more minute walk into the main areas of the City. Staff did their best to accommodate despite not speaking any English..but they always were smiling and friendly.

The staff doesn't speak or understand English but they try their best and that works fine. The room was big enough and very clean, as was the bathroom. A very quiet location, so perfect to sleep.

When you arrive by train, it is not easy to find, so you need a taxi. In the evening it is not a nice walk from the centre and there is nothing to do, see or eat in the neighbourhood. So once you go back to the hotel, it is boring. The breakfast was poor and not fresh, it came out of plastic.

I stayed twice within a week in this hotel as a pilgrim traveller. The rooms are spacious and clean. They have a private bathroom. I think that the price means: "good value for money" although the hostal is at a a 20 minute from the cathedral, and the rooms need some small maintainance. The hostal is brand new though.

Very secure underground parking. 5 euros to park 2 motorcycles in one bay. Staff very helpful even though no English was spoken. They were very patient with our limited Spanish.

Shame there was no lift from car park up to all other levels.

we wanted to leave early in the morning about 7 am but unfortunately the front door was locked and ourselves and two other people were unable to leave the building I found this to be a fire hazard.

The car parking was good as we were on our way to the Costa del sol with a car full of goods

We hate the staff of this awfull hostal. When we arrived, no one was in the reception, we had to ring the phone number to check in. The stuff guys did't have a city map and gave us wrong information of how to get to the citycenter. The breakfast was a joke! Only a cup of coffe or cola- cao and some very poor quality snacks. The hostal is in the middle of nowhere and the provided gps coordinates were slightly wrong.

Friendly Staff

We loved the hostal, staff is extremely helpful and nice. The room was more than expected. The parking is a plus just for 5 euros a day you can keep the car out of the extreme hot. Would definetly recommend this place.

The lady at the bar/reception very helpful. The hotel was very clean. Bathroom facilities excellent. Ideally situated for overnight stop to Santander, Underground parking available and secure.

Friend staff with limited English speaking. Free parking available around the hotel.

A long distance from the centre of the city of Burgos, but OK for access to the Camino de Santiago if walking out of the city.
