We knew from before that in order to have aircondition we had to pay something more and it only had fans. However none of the fans in the two rooms was working. They sere overcharging everything. They even made up rules to make us pay fines (drinking or eating and walking out of the room). Basically they exploited the fact that most customers were drunk 18yr old kids afraid to say anything. 200 characters cannot descibe that prison

Free entry into concerts at the hotel

    1) How the staff treated customers 2) lack of English the staff had 3) no free air conditioning in the rooms 4) price you had to pay for the air conditioning

The place was clean, the pool was big enough. The bar and food seemed reasonably priced. The rooms were nice apart from the lack of clean sheets.

The reception staff couldn't understand a word of English, which resulted in us being overcharged for our stay. The housekeepers were extremely rude, one lady told us 'to pick up our stuff'..... They didn't change our bedsheets and when we told her this on our 5th day of being there, she called us liars and insisted they had to have been changed. The wifi which we paid 25 euro for the week, only worked downstairs or by the pool, it didn' work in our room. The host staff were overly pushy on events and selling BCM. The place was so noisy, even at 7 a.m. doors were slamming and people were shouting. They wouldn't let people in without bands yet 2 boys called to our door with no bands on trying to sell things? Also 70.00euro for air conditioning.. The 'lifeguard on duty never bothered to stop the boys that were kicking a ball around the pool, interfering with other guests trying to relax. A money racket. I stayed here in 2013 and didn't have a bad word to say about my stay, the place has gone seriously downhill since then. The place is an absolute joke, worst experience I've had in the 3 years of going to Majorca.

Loved the room and the pool

How poor the fan was and that you had to pay so much for air conditioning

Had a great time , staff couldn't be nicer ! Especially Alice and kayleigh fraser who did their best to make us feel comfortable . There was this one rep jack who we found wasn't too pleasant and scolded us for not seeing him when I suited him ( last time I checked I was holiday not the other way round) he then wasn't interested in us at all and would just ignore us . He found him extremely arrogant and a show off. He also encouraged us to go on a pub crawl which was a complete waste of money! They promised free shots which we didn't get and then he gave us into more trouble for visiting a bar where the hotel wasn't visiting . He really let the place down .

Nothing really apart from jack the rep ( the one with the beard ) and the pub crawl ! Don't go near it ! A complete rip off .

The swimming pool was good The atmosphere was good You have gigs there The room itself was not that bad.

Being put all the way across the other side. Having to be charged for everything (had to put in a 30 euro deposit per person as well) People coming into your room trying to sell you stuff

Location, pool area and price for drinks.

Cleanliness around the pool area. Bit of a dump through at the apartment side.

    great value for money

The rooms was far too hot, very stuffy and apartments only had one mirror in the bathroom and if your going with a group of girls its a nightmare!

The location is great for the beach bars and main night life. It was nice and chilled when feeling hungover in the day! Its good how you can use other Majorca rocks hotels and get into events free.

I first stayed at this hotel in 1999 age 18. I don't think its actually had a re-vamp since then. Same bathrooms, wardrobes, kitchen area etc. This is a typical Magaluf hotel that hasn't seen any moderisation since the 90's (apart from a lick of paint here and there). Supose it can be expected for the cheap price, but you can get the same for cheaper in the resort.

the size of the apartment was great and the fact we had a celling fan which worked brilliant.

we were under the impressions there was a pool bar there was but never oppened thre was any music untill our 3rd last day which was on and off every hour or so. the lighting outside the apartments really needs to be sorted as myself and friends we made had to stay together at all times at there were lucky lucky men and prostitudes robbing and raping girls we witnessed this on 2 ocassions its really not safe. Also on our lasdt night our room key was stolen from my friends bag by a pick pocket we had to go to the police station and report him we handed over a full report from the police to show the key had been stolen and what had happned that night to be charge 20 euros for been robbed that realy wasnt good customer service as it was wrote in black and white.

The staff in the hotel were always a pleasure to deal with, they were very friendly and helpful. The pool was really nice, really enjoyable to sit there everyday and relax. The rooms were well ventilated to be fair, given the time of year that we stayed there. They were well equipped with glasses, cupls, plates etc. Cleaned 3 times a week which was brilliant, the cleaners always did a fantastic job despite the ant problem.

The ants in our bedroom!!!! I got bitten alive! The apartment only had 1 mirror.. Between 5 girls! It wasn't really a great thing to have to stand behind someone while getting ready. Thje balcony's were also really small and often crowded when everyone was sitting outside. The noise levels when people came in at night were insane, they were never dealt with by hotel security even though we were under the impression that we would get a good nights sleep in these exclusive apartments, however I got no sleep with the noise levels! The ants really were appalling and completely turned me off staying in Majorca Rocks again. The host sold us a package without telling us details which we should have been told! The water was very expensive to buy at reception, which one would expect. I thought being such a well known establishment it would have been a better stay but unfortunately that was not the case!

The Mallorca Rocks experience is excellent. The hotel is near the strip/square. There is access to the other Mallorca Rocks hotels.

The pool area is very poor. There is no air-conditioning. There isn't a room to get changed in on leaving day. There aren't enough street lights when walking back on a night.
