i had no issues from start to finish of my visit the shuttle bus was prompt and the hotel was clean throughout, the staff behind reception were most helpful and location to barcelona city centre was only 10 minutes away by the shuttle bus would recommend hotel to others.

We needed an overnight stay near the airport. There was a very good shuttle service both to and from the airport that we used. The hotel is adjacent to a large mall with a hugh grocery store, perfect for buying snacks. We found a Chinese/Asian restaurant for dinner in the same mall complex.

The dinner and breakfast are quite expensive so we were glad there was an alternate place to eat within walking distance.

Airport transfer, cleanliness, modernity, good wi-fi.

Charged for "standard" 4 star features like pool (not a true 4 star place), poor choice of TV channels, no minibar or room service, some staff fairly surly, out of the way location.

15 minutes to the airport. Have adequate nearby shopping facilities and restuarants.

The heater and airconditioning seems not to be working most of the time. At the 2nd storey rooms, they are linked to the roof of the first storey and there is access direct from the corridor. Security may be a risk here if the window of the room is left open.

It is convenient near the airport, quick check in and comfortable. The Internet connection is the best I have used any where in the world

on my booking i asked for smoking room but when i arrived they said all smoking rooms are occupied,that was not good since they had info that i want smoking room and i got confirmation for booking.

We try to o invite a niece 18 years old to our room because I reed that you could pay for an extra bed , and they ran out of extra beds. ??? We ask for a non smoking room and the smell of smoke was awful and there were ash in the bathroom.

Location to airport. Fairly attractive design. Full restaurant and bar. I received my 4 am (ugh!) wake up call right on time.

No dedicated parking that I could find (though there's plenty of space in the shopping area across the street). Restaurant food was good, but it's overly pricey and the service was incredibly slow. There's not a lot to do, or places to eat, nearby.

I chose the hotel for 4 reasons- 1) Free shuttle to and from the airport 2) Free shuttle to central Barcelona and 3) Free internet 4) Locatoin next to a grocery store where I could pick up some food. I wasn't disappointed in my choice. Staff were excellent, and all of the free conveniances saved time, effort and money. I would stay there again for sure.

- I had read reports about the walls being paper thin- and they were. It wasn't a major issue as I was expecting it, and it didn't disturb my stay significanlty. - I stayed 2 different nights- the internet didn't work well the second night.

The reason we chose this hotel was its proximity to the airport, and its price.we had a late evening arrival flight and an early next morning connection. It suited the purpose for a short night sleep.

Food was great, service a bit slow, but OK.

Room was great. Plastic on mattress made bed very uncomfortable for menopausal woman. Otherwise, all was super! I would recommend it to friends.

The hotel was beautiful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We loved the breakfast--so much tasty food. I highly recommend this hotel.

The only thing that I didn't like about this hotel was that there were many steps to climb to get to the room. However, this is understandable because it was a former palace. It was just beautiful and I would still recommend it, but not for people with disabilities.
