Proximity to the airport and included shuttle service makes it ideal place for between flights. Also very clean, with a particular design.

Shuttle service FROM airport is not easy to find - in fact I did not find it (at 00:13). No free internet although hotel is overpriced. The aeroplanes are not heard despite its proximity to the aeroport but the air conditioning motor was so loud it was impossible to sleep.

Parking, bathrooms, clean and quiet, close to airport.

The 3 hour wait for extra pillows, then 2 hours after we received them, a 12am knock with more pillows!

Professional and helpful front reception; the free hotel shuttle bus to and from the airport is the best feature! And they were happy for me to leave luggage in a storeroom for 1 week while I was away - very useful.

That the spa / swimming pools were an extra cost - a 1 hour spa voucher would have been great. Or a small buffet breakfast.

It is very close to the airport and so was a convenient place to stay when we arrived late. The bed was comfortable. It is next door to a huge supermarket so we were able to stock up on water and food for our roadtrip the next day.

The location is definitely not somewhere you want to hang about. Get in and get out! The bathroom door was glass... and faced the loo not the shower, as much as I love my fiance I have no desire to see him on the bog. Who on earth thinks a see through bathroom door is romantic? Extraordinary!

Pick-up from airport was awesome. Staff was friendly. Nice restaurant in hotel, and great restaurants in walking distance as well as shopping. Also, the shuttle was very nice.

There was nothing to dislike. It was a great bargain for the price.

Horrible management and a staff lounge. I immediately 100% paid my room and the front desk I was asked to show the card that I made payment, but I have it with me was not there. My payment seen in the computer, but I was forced to pay again. Thank booking.tsom for having figured out that this unscrupulous hotel and returned my money. Friends will choose another hotel near the airport.

Clean place and the staff are very helpful.

I was on vacation with my kids.was shocked when they informed me that children below 12 years are not allowed in the swimming pool.never heard of this before . ridiculous. When I asked why,all the lady said is that she did not know why but produced a letter from the management stating the same. Secondly if you are in transit then its location close to the airport is handy.but if you are on vacation please be aware that the hotel is miles away from the city centre. They do have coaches to and fro but is very time consuming.

The Frontair Congress is a large airport hotel with free shuttle service to BCN. Rooms are comfortable, quiet and good value.

Our room was too far from the modem for wifi reception and even in the corridor sitting areas the signal was fair at best. The spa was closed during our visit. The check-in line was long in the evening.

Hotel was near the airport and free shuttle to Barcelona Airport. The hotel is also near a shopping center.

Hotel seemed quite old inside the furniture quite used and the staff was not that friendly. In the area in which the hotel is there is a weird smell I wouldn't know how to describe it, but it is annoying. In the room the bed cover was quite dirty including had several hairs on it and didn't seem to have been washed in a while. Wifi was very slow in the rooms you had to go outside in the lobby to get good reception.

Not good location if you plan to do lots of sightseeing in Barcelona, although they do offer free shuttle to city centre. Difficult for taxi driver to find hotel so would recommend additional information to provide such as next to El Acampamiento shopping mall.

I am very pleased with the Hotel? Very beautiful room, spotless clean, lots of space, comfortable bads, very quiet. Staff is very friendly, very helpful. I will defenately stay again! Thank you very much!

We had rental car. No directions to hotel could be given by staff after 4 phone calls. Location to airport is bad. The shuttle does not run 24 hours-

Difficult to find, as a newcomer to Barcelona with a rental car. There was no insuite bar or coffee/tea making equipment

It is the perfect hotel to make a connection between flights. Only 15 min away from the airport, the rooms are big and very clean, very comfortable. I loved my experience there. The Stuff is extremely kind as well

1) No explanation how to take the frre shuttle in the mail. I had to take a taxi as my phone was not working. 2) Hotel is suppoosed to be close from the airport. But cost of the taxi was 25 euros!
