Balcony walls to high. gaps on side walls no good for pets
I went cycling in the mountains early in the morning and enjoyed lots of garden areas to sit in the shade later and read a book, great pool, good selection of food, comfortable room. Staff helpful even with my limited Spanish
Seems to be an error on payments. I paid for everything in full on the day I checked out but then found when I returned to England they had taken a strange amount of £45.87 from my credit card on the day I booked in? My bank has reimbursed me the money and the hotel has 30 days to explain what this sum was for.
Location, design, frienly welcome.
Nothing negative to report. There was some construction nearby which was a little noisy but not unexpected when in the centre of a busy city.
Lovely location and views.
Rather basic for a 4 star hotel.
Location brilliant. Restaurant very good with helpful staff.
Loved the pool, the setting!! And the food in the restaurant was wonderful ...
Balcony in the room was to high to really enjoy the view ...
Friendly efficient staff, very clean rooms, restaurant, bar etc and plenty of car parking space.
Fantastic location with views across the national park and the village of Grazalema. The hotel was smart, clean, rooms well-appointed. Staff were friendly and efficient; restaurant service was excellent with a great choice. Big swimming pool and patio area. Lots of relaxation areas.
The room at the terrace level with French windows and comfortable reclining chairs on the lawn. The large swimming pool. The buffet formula for dinner with customised grilling of fish and meat (and at breakfast an omelette of one's own composition). The accessible covered parking space.
The indications on the road how to get to the hotel are few and far between.
Splendid buffet breakfast and dinner
Its location and breakfast
The hotel staff were polite and very helpful The facilities and catering were excellent with one exception (Please see ',what you didn't like box)
The comfort, the views, the friendly staff.
I wish it were actually in the town of Grazalema!
Great value for such a beautiful location
Lovely rural hotel, staff were very helpful. The buffet had an excellent range of dishes to select for all appetites. Pool and grounds were inviting.
Fifteen minute drive in from the main road on a narrow winding road. At the time we stayed the buffet was the only option for both breakfast and dinner I believe they have a more varied menu in peak season. We did go up the road to a little bar for dinner one night which was very good.
Lovely quiet setting with free parking. Good room with balcony and great view of the pueblo and mountains. Excellent swimming pool already open for a very warm early May, unlike other some other hotels we stayed in that week.
Some initial problems with the wi-fi, but fine eventually.
Its location and being able to commence walk from the rear of the hotel
Amazing setting, environmentally minded and great value for money.
Staff were a but off hand at times
In the middle of nature. Amazingly dark skies at night for looking at the stars. The staff went out of their way to accommodate, one of whom I'd like to thank for opening the door to the pool for me at 4am so I could photograph the stars.
Meals (Dinner & Breakfast, both buffet) are pretty expensive, although very extensive selections. I think the two of us paid more for the meals than the room! WiFi wasn't verify reliable. I found the Edge service on my roaming phone worked about as well if not better.
Tremendous views across to mountains. Excellent location for driving or walking in the beautiful area Good selection of food, some cooked specially for you.
Trees starting to obscure views Decor starting to look dated, but very clean and tidy
WiFi needs improving
Very calm location, stunning views. The food was excellent breakfast and dinner.
The location was fabulous, superb views from rooms and terrace, helpful staff.
The hotel wifi is abysmally slow.
Very friendly staff
Stunning views from everywhere in the hotel. Good attitude towards sustainability
The hotel played the same song on loop all day long which was infuriating! One of them random Ibiza jazz style tracks but hearing it over and over was really annoying.
