As described and pictures accurate. Clean and tidy and quiet. Owner very helpful.

Some difficulty in contacting owner. Instructions about telephoning on arrival would have been helpful.

The location was great - a short walk to the hip Born neighborhood. There were many restaurants and bars in the area as well. The bed was probably the most comfortable that I've ever slept on.

The obvious downside to being close to everything is the noise level. Luckily this was only loud from 1-3 am.

Extremely clean and very spacious. Check in/out was easy even though manager was not on site (although always accessible). We spent a lot of time on the terrace and would book again for this feature alone. Location was excellent and beds were comfortable.

Lacking basic kitchen things like hand soap and dishtowels. The coffee maker was not the appropriate size for the stove and therefore unable to use. Internet connection was not very good, but adequate for basic tasks. Credit card machine did not process American credit card, had to pay in cash. This is not a fancy place but for the cleanliness, price and location you can't beat it!

Location. The apartments are situated next to Plaça de Catalunya - your city hub. Metro stop is right below and you'll are next to very nice El Born and Barrio Gotico areas. Las Ramblas street is not far too. Our apartment and bathroom were nice and clean and the kitchen was good too. We were welcomed by Virginia and all here advices for our 3-day visit were great.

No complaints whatsoever. However, take notice: these are apartments, not hotel, so nobody will come fix your bed. Also, our room was street side and Via Laietana road is quite noisy, though we didn't have any problem sleeping..

Very good location, nice room and facilities, very good value.

Not dislike but could use some curtains to cut off noise and cold drafts, would be good to be able to change tv channels into English.

L'emplacement au coeur du quartier le plus vivant de Barcelone, spacieux, belle terrasse ensoleillée, accueil sympathique, prix intéressant.

Tres bruyant dans la chambre côté rue. Impossible de dormir, même sans être sensible au bruit. Le problème ne se pose pas dans l'autre chambre ou la salle à manger.

Situation géographique

Manque de gazinière dans la cuisine commune. Un peu brouillant.

Toplocatie, beter is bijna niet mogelijk. Goede bedden en schoon, heel vriendelijke ontvangst en mooi dakterras!

Kaal appartement, perfect om te slapen en zeker met 2 kinderen prima te doen (2 ruime slaapkamers), wel veel straatgeluiden in slaapkamer voorzijde ondanks dat het 6 hoog is.

отличные апартаменты, просторные, стильные, уютные и красиво декорированные, в центре старого города, великолепное месторасположение, лестница, хоть и крутая, но очень по-старому милая.

между спальнями нет звукоизоляции. не то, чтобы тонкая стена, а она вообще отсутствует наверху, т.е. в нижней части стена есть, а сверху полностью открытый слуховой проход. иллюзия уединения. без малейшего преувеличения слышно даже шепот в соседней комнате, не говоря про храп или другие звуки, которые могут сопровождать ночь...

La stanza grande e luminosa la posizione ottima e il prezzo buono. Il fatto che è un grande appartamento con sole 4 stanze e ti senti a casa

La stanza numero 1 da sulla sala colazione e un p' ò la pulizia. Ma niente di catastrofico lo consiglio

sesto piano con ascensore guasto, aggiustato il secondo giorno: una mail o una telefonata per segnalare il disguido sarebbe stata corretta!! Camera quadrupla senza armadio e con una sola sedia in camera. La via è molto trafficata a tutte le ore e pur essendo al sesto piano, il rumore del traffico è insopportabile! ... e se vi volete asciugare i capelli dopo una doccia, portatevi un phon ... non è in dotazione ...

Отдыхали мужским коллективом: 43, 14 и 7лет. Тесно не было! Месторасположение, просто идеальное! Площадь Каталонии ( куда приходят автобусы из аэропортов) 3мин ходьбы. Метро 30м, супермаркет 2м, до пляжа 15мин ходьбы. Рядом отличный Мексиканский ресторанчик: ОГРОМНЫЕ порции. Starbucks напротив. Отличная терраса с шезлонгами. Прекрасный вид на Барселону. Квартира большая, даже 5ч тесно не будет. У нас был поздний вылет 23:59 и нам разрешили остаться БЕЗ ДОПЛАТЫ до времени отъезда, а не выезжать в 12ч и таскаться с чемоданами по городу или сдавать их куда-то. Погода в день отъезда 02.04.2013 была отличная и дети даже искупались в море. Вернулись в квартиру спокойно помылись, собрались и поехали в аэропорт. За 6дней проживания 2раза приходила горничная: убирала и меняла полотенца. Будем в Барсе большой компанией обязательно ту остановимся.

От лифта на перила летит смазка и младший несколько раз удивлялся откуда у него такие черные руки.

Zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame ontvangst. Zeer centraal gelegen. Ruime kamer met veel licht. Mooie, eenvoudige inrichting die overeenkomt met de foto's op booking.com.

Het lawaai van het verkeer. Het is gelegen aan een heel drukke weg.

Muy buena ubicación, buenas instalaciones. La verdad es que es un departamento transformado a hotel, con piezas amplias y baños aparte. El nuestro era privado, pero estaba aparte de la pieza

Que el baño esté aparte... igual es menos cómodo que un baño privado en la pieza

Le bruit

El hostal esta re bien ubicado, a tres cuadras de la Plaza Cataluña donde funcionan muchos locales y esta el Corte Inglés. Además el barrio Gótico está así a un Roque, lo cual se accede caminando. La zona es bastante segura para los turistas. Las comodidades son muy buenas: camas cómodas, baño privado, agua caliente, elementos para el desayuno, etc. El dueño es muy atento y gentil, se nota que le gusta ayudar a los que se hospedan, nos dio un mapa con las cosas para ver y recorrer y cumplió bastante.

A ser céntrico, es bastante ruidoso. No fueron a limpiar nunca, aunque nos dijeron que sí. Para los turistas que nos gusta cocinar en el hotel, no tiene cocina. Igualmente la razón es válida. Por ultimo, no cuenta con paga eléctrica, lo cual me parece fundamental, más para nosotros que somos argentinos.

很适合几个朋友一起去住，很合算。地理位置较为便利，也挺干净。
