Free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen cable TV are included in each spacious room at this modern hotel. Situated next to Santísima Trinidad Hospital, it is a 10-minute walk from Salamanca’s Plaza Mayor Square....

Hotel Reyes Catolicos is 300 metres from Plaza España and 650 metres from Salamanca Train Station. It offers free Wi-Fi, and all air-conditioned rooms have a hydro-massage shower or bath.

These stylish, modern, fully furnished apartments are located on a quiet street in historic central Salamanca.

Good location. Fair for the price...
take shampoo as only shower gel is available. Also sleepers and warm jumper as it's freezing in the morning as the heating is cut from 23:00 until next evening! Although warm air conditioning is available to heat once you're awake! Receptionist a bit noisy at night and early morning...
Staff generally very friendly and helpful. Its in a good location, only 10 minutes away from plaza mayor. The room was mainly comfortable.
A little noisy outside, also curtains did not close so it was quite light in the room. When I checked in the wifi password was scribbled out and I was unable to access it though this may have been a communication problem as the owners were extermely helpful other than this
The owners Friendly Helpful Great location
This Hotel does not seam to be of only 1 star. The reception is 24 h open, very personal treatment by the stuff and absolutely clean. We highly recommend to stay in this place. Very centric and perfect in quality-price.

The staff were really friendly! They knew our names, and used them as well. Location was excellent! The parkinggarage was a good option. The airco was very nice as well.
Not really a bad thing, but the parkinggarage can be a little frighting for unexperienced drivers, because it goes down very steep. The people from the garage are very friendly as well and will park your car though and they'll keep your key, all in good hands, so don't worry.
When I arrived, I really needed wifi. The room I was given didn't have great connection. The great staff took the time and effort to make another room ready that they assured me would have better wifi. After they got the other room cleaned and ready, I moved and this room had great reception! Thanks so much for helping me get the access I needed. Also, the rooms were clean, and within walking distance of the center of town. I was very happy to have chosen Gabriel y Galan. Thanks!
Not all the rooms have great wifi, but they made the extra effort to ensure that I had what I needed.
The hotel is clean and the owners seem nice. After a sleepless night we moved to a better hotel.
Wifi didn't work. Small old sagging bed. The door was very thin and smaller than the door frame, so you can hear everyone's comings and goings and see the light from the hallway going on and off. You can hear the water when people from other rooms use he washrooms.
Very Friendly - Bar Elfos just around the corner - best location in town!
Wifi signal was distributed thriugh extendets which made the signal pretty good The rooms were amazingly comfortable Staff were amaxing and very nice Market right next door and it eas 5min ealk from plaza mayor
It was a little far from the bus station, but that's not a big issue
Friendly, comfortable, good location, everything is perfect! So I extended to three nights! Hard to explain but it felt very warm ! Good memory，i will miss Salamanca and miss this hotel! If I have chance to Salamanca, I will go there again!
very good location (centre of city) ; big room ; new bathroom fixtures ; good water pressure and temperature regulation.
old furniture.window to a dark closed patio. Old elevator.
very friendly staff, clean rooms, quite
The location, just over the road from the old town was handy. The value for money was exceptional. The owner/manager had little English, but was great fun when it came to communication.
Needing to ring the doorbell to get back inside at night - especially when the doorbell didn't work the first night! The room was small (not unexpected for the price) and the bed-width bolster pillow with just extra one cushion between us, making it difficult to read in bed prior to sleeping.
I definitely recommend this hotel. The location is very good with easy walking to the center of the city. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was basic but spotless. If you require luxury this may not be the place for you since the room was small. The bathroom was sparkling clean with a fine shower. The bed was very comfortable. It was quiet. The Wi-fi was lightning fast. There is a wonderful large wall map of Spain in the lobby which is helpful in planning your next stop.
Restaurant locations for breakfast seemed limited. There were places for coffee and a pastry nearby but anything more extensive seemed further away.
This was the second time staying at this hotel. The family that owns it was very kind each time and helped in anything that I needed. The (double) room was large enough for my friend and I, and the bathroom was spotless. The Wi-Fi came through very well. I love the location because it's quiet, in a plaza with very little traffic or noise. There's a 24/7 shop next door, which was great, since we arrived during a holiday. Towels were provided and room was straightened up each morning. Air conditioning unit and radiator in the room!
Located a bit outside of the visiting area however at an easy walking distance of all points of interest. Biggest bathroom we have seen in any hotel we stayed in Spain.
The receptionist was a bit unpolite when it came to explain something several times in Spanish even though it was obvious we were having problems in speaking or understanding Spanish.
The staff were very very kind. The location is perfect and the price is the best
Can't think of anything
Value and cleanliness
Walls are thin, so you can hear people snoring next door.
The hotel is a 10-minute stroll away from the central square and offers simple accommodation for reasonable price. We also got a free parking spot and some recommendations on town's highlights and eating out options. The room was clean and the wi-fi worked well. We didn't spend much time there anyway.
Our window was facing a small square used as parking lot by people heading to the centre. It was quite noisy around 2 to 3 inthe morning when they were coming back from parting. Have your ear plugs or ask for a room facing the backyard!
freindly staff , nice room , good bathroom , reasonably quiet , excellent location for town centre
weak wifi but managed to do what i needed .
This hotel is a family-run business offering great value for money. The location is excellent, right outside the historic center and less than ten minutes from Plaza Mayor and the city's main sights. If you drive to Salamanca, they'll offer you free parking on the street right across the hotel, provided they have spaces available (not sure what the arrangement would be otherwise, as the entire area requires you to pay for parking, but I understand there's a nearby car park at 10 euros per day - though we didn't have to resort to this). The hotel itself is not classy or stylish (not that you'd expect it to be, given the price range), and the building seems to have been built in the seventies; however, the furniture is functional, the rooms were clean and the family that runs the place is friendly and helpful. No restaurant or breakfast facilities, but we're not fans of hotel restaurants anyway and the area is full of nearby options for food and drinks. All in all, a great place to stay if you're looking for an excellent price but still want a hotel rather than a youth hostel or similar. Highly recommended and probably the place we'll be booking if we visit Salamanca again.
The only downside we found was that the wi-fi signal did not reach the room well, but it worked perfectly in the common areas and we weren't really in Salamanca to browse the internet anyway. One other thing: the hotel only takes cash and I'm not sure how they feel about invoices, as we didn't need one - it might be a good idea to check with them beforehand if you're going to be requiring one.
Very comfortable bed and perfect location. It was an easy walk to most attractions, yet slightly out of the centre for peace. Seems to be family run and everybody was extremely friendly and helpful.
