Amazing rooms, unique place, awesome staff!
The construction of the bathrooms is a bit dangerous for older couples. (There are weird steps and hard to reach bathtubs).
Architecturally interesting building.
The staff were wonderful, I being given very special treatment when I was unwell- iced water and fruit being brought unasked to my room. Water, fruit and bon-bons always available at the reception deskThe building is very attractive and beautifully air-conditioned. Delicious continental breakfast served by caring staff.
Would have liked more storage in the bedroom.
Perfect staff, professional and qualificated. Delicious breakfast and beautiful fornitures.
My room a little noicy But everything was almost perfect.
The conversion of a traditional Spanish building into a boutique hotel works very well. A lift adds a practical modern touch. The staff are superb. Alexandra went well beyond the extra mile in helping us enjoy our stay.
Very good location. Loved the boutique design. Comfortable room, clean and big.
Wish it had a mini refrigerator
boutique style, the hotel building itself, reading room
friendly people, helpful, superb renovation of rooms and good location!!!
Charming hotel run by charming people in a charming city. A traditional Southern Spanish hotel stylishly modernised, with excellent bathrooms, wifi etc. Generous ad lib tea and coffee facilities in the lounge/library. Good location for Cathedral, buses, and an amazing bar/restaurant called Real Asador de Castil only 50 metres away
Our decision to stay only two nights..we should have stayed a lot longer !
Staff very helpful, beautiful accommodation ,lovely continental breakfast.
Poor directions for car driver, more detailed map needed
Location was perfect for a short visit to Granada which is one of Spain's most interesting cities. Hotel was a gem and very hi gh quality conversation of a typical old biuilding in the old Jewish quarter. Staff very helpful and friendly
I enjoyed just about everything you could like from this Boutique Hotel The design was spectacular, the art beautiful both in the rooms as well as the lobby...and SPOTLESS and Maria on the Morning and MY Pheobe on afternoon concierge shift could not have been more helpful for whatever need oe question you might have and were glad to help Authentically...the Staff in the end always makes or breaks and the Boss sure did PICK the BEST!
Not much to say although they do need a full length mirror in the rooms so you can see yourself as u go out in the evening for a Fabulous dinner in this AMAZING CITY
- Good location - Spacious and clean rooms - Cozy and comfortable
- parking is an issue, but that is to be expected given the location of the hotel - Lower level rooms can get noisy as they face the street
Quirky pleasant hotel. Good location.
Location is great
Small room not enough space and small bedding
We initially received a room that we felt was not value for money; small, dark and cheap looking (top floor room). On requesting a move we were most satisfied and accommodated..good service. The late afternoon staff member was funny, friendly and informative, she made the stay all the better
The first top floor room lacked a quality finish. Dark, odd lumpy pillows and too much cabling on view with cheaper furnishings. There were no tea making facilities in the room so it would be nice if the tea in the foyer was available at all hours.
Atmosphere. Staff and location. Great place to stay.
Lovely staff with very good customer service. The lady providing the breakfast buffet was most charming and the reception staff were extremely helpful. Gar-Anat is in an excellent location in walking distance to just about everything you'd want to do in Granada. Advice on where to dine resulted in our group having a fabulous dinner at a terrace restaurant overlooking the Alhambra.
There is nothing to dislike, though a comfortable arm chair in the very large rooms would be a good addition to an already excellent hotel.
Beautiful building and bedroom. Excellent location. Friendly and helpful staff.
No tea or coffee facilities in bedroom.
I really like this hotel. it is marvelous and fastastic. the rooms , the location is really perfect aspecially for young couple perfect.
It is centrally located in Grenada. The style is modern and upscale. More like a small B&B than a hotel. The name Boutique suits it well.
When we arrived the elevator was inoperative. They apologized but made no effort to help us with our bags, even though I was using a cane and had a room on the third floor. The TV remote was inoperative. The room was very small as was the shower. If you come by car it is very difficult to find and parking is expensive, parking is a block away and also difficult to navigate. Our room was noisy because of the street noises and the bar next door was very rowdy all night.
The history and location of the hotel.
It was a bit noisy outside in the street, but this is to be expected when you stay in a central location.
Staff was very friendly, communicativ and spoke perfect English
Great location - so close to all amenities. Lovely to stay in a smaller, more independent-feeling hotel. Staff v helpful. Rooms very well sound proofed as you are in the midst of the old town with bars on lots of the corners
Good location, near cathedral and old town. Could walk to most sights. Friendly staff, breakfast excellent. Character and small scale charm.
Wasn't easy to find at first. Some noise from local bars at night.
