Very noisy in the wind. The roll back roof battered our roof and made it impossible to sleep. The excellent night staff member did his best and reduced the noise to a lower level. However it remained a disturbance.
Excellent location Design-like hotel Breakfast great value and fantastic
Shower doors didn't close properly Room very hot when windows closed but very loud when windows open (could't work out how to use air con but our fault for not asking!)
Fabulous experience! Extremely helpful staff, beautifully unique rooms, great location within walking distance of anything you might want to experience in Granada. Couldn't recommmend it more highly for a romantic getaway.
location and staff who helped with plates and cutlery to eat our takeaway food:), decor of hotel. Lemony Water and lollies at reception. Tea and coffee in library lounge but wish we were told about this room when we checked in.
no mirror in bedroom No tissue box
THE STAFF WERE VERY FRIENDLEY AND HELPFUL. THE HOTEL WAS IN A GREAT LOCATION AND THE ROOMS WERE VERY UNUSUAL
Location, characterful old building, very good staff.
Terrible WIFI, basically it does not work!
Comfortable bed Huge room Helpful staff; organiser what we needed and ready to solve any issues Free tea, coffee & cake in lounge area Quiet Lovely bathroom with bath & shower
Wifi coverage was really bad No heating on at end of Selt, which we needed. No food available other than breakfast
Location, friendly host, good common area.
Half the lights in our room didn't work, couldn't fix until after we left. Overall not quite as nice as it seemed from the website.
Central location in Granada, very helpful staff in a stunningly beautiful building. Rooms were extremely comfortable. Nice bed, nice linens. Good breakfast, if not extraordinary.
Bedroom's floor was dusty. By this I mean really dusty. The room faced the street and was over a bar. We stayed there on a Monday, so it was quiet, but there was definitely potential for a noisy evening.
The hotel is very close to the center and old town. The bus station for the Alhambra Palace is just around the corner from the hotel. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. We really liked the interior design of the hotel.
Friendly and helpful staff. The naming of the rooms is super cute and "intellectual", the decor of the room reflects the name and the whole atmosphere of the hotel. The common areas of the hotel are splendid. Decorated with modern art and paintings. There is a library where you can sit, relax and have complimentary tea. Wish I stayed longer.
A mini fridge would have been nice for water etc... A long mirror was lacking. Very minor details. However, the light in the rooms is very dim. I think it is part of the whole atmosphere but would really have liked more light.
Good location at a reasonable price.
Location Friendly, helpful staff Attractive public areas such as library Excellent breakfast in pleasant basement dining room
Nothing much: the rooms were smallish but this is not an expensive hotel.
Rooms lovely and spacious, we had 3 balconies in our room!! Good location for sightseeing.
The location of the hotel was so good almost every were at walking distance. The room was so beautiful and comfortable.
The room I booked in Booking, was different than the one they assigned me, also I indicated I wanted double bed and they assigned us twin bed (but they fixed it joining the beds with something and putting something on the mattress to "make" it one). I didn't like also on my reservation for the Alhambra tickets the hotel staff asked me to choose if I wanted guided tour or not, (I said yes) but when I arrived to pick up the tickets seems, that was a mistake in the booking web page, that I would have expected the staff from the hotel knew. As overview I had mainly issues about expectations created by Booking and the hotel staff.
Amazing rooms, unique place, awesome staff!
The construction of the bathrooms is a bit dangerous for older couples. (There are weird steps and hard to reach bathtubs).
Architecturally interesting building.
No balcony as promised 'Superior' room was in fact fairly basic Breakfast mediocre Expensive considering the lack of in-house facilities
The staff were wonderful, I being given very special treatment when I was unwell- iced water and fruit being brought unasked to my room. Water, fruit and bon-bons always available at the reception deskThe building is very attractive and beautifully air-conditioned. Delicious continental breakfast served by caring staff.
Would have liked more storage in the bedroom.
Perfect staff, professional and qualificated. Delicious breakfast and beautiful fornitures.
My room a little noicy But everything was almost perfect.
The conversion of a traditional Spanish building into a boutique hotel works very well. A lift adds a practical modern touch. The staff are superb. Alexandra went well beyond the extra mile in helping us enjoy our stay.
Very good location. Loved the boutique design. Comfortable room, clean and big.
Wish it had a mini refrigerator
boutique style, the hotel building itself, reading room
friendly people, helpful, superb renovation of rooms and good location!!!
Charming hotel run by charming people in a charming city. A traditional Southern Spanish hotel stylishly modernised, with excellent bathrooms, wifi etc. Generous ad lib tea and coffee facilities in the lounge/library. Good location for Cathedral, buses, and an amazing bar/restaurant called Real Asador de Castil only 50 metres away
Our decision to stay only two nights..we should have stayed a lot longer !
