Location to Airport
Thin walls, Could hear everything next door. Poor breakfast; just toast or croissant to eat, and I don't like seeing Budgies and other birds huddling together to keep warm in outside birdcage. otherwise ok.
Location near the airport. Location across the car rental agency Excellent attitude from staff
Hear noises from other rooms
I liked the prompt attention of the reception staff, the room furnishings, the very comfortable double bed, the abundant supplies of hot water. Bottled water was supplied in the bedroom daily and shampoo, shower gel and soaps were in the bathroom. Extra pillows and blankets were at hand in the bedroom. A tabletop computer was available in the foyer for use at a very reasonable rate. The hotel is on the Airport to Santiago city bus route (bus stop is just outside) which avoids the exorbitant taxi fare charged by some .The restaurant and bar food is excellent'
I found no shortcomings at all in this hotel.
Location- bus stop right outside. 5 mins from airport. 3 euros each way. Friendly staff. Great value. Nice food.
Great room . Very restful Enjoyed wonderful supper
Friendliness of staff plus location for the Camino. It was great to see the sign on our last night before we walked into Santiago
Hard to attention desk as there wasn't always someone about, but the other aspects made up for this.
Comfortable, affordable, very close to airport.
Near the camino and on the bus route to the airport
Wifi in lobby only -
very close to the airport
Location-very good Comfortable Good value
when the airport bus failed to stop outside hotel a member of staff kindly drove me to the airport in her car. Evening meal was good
The hotel is very isolated and there is very little to do locally. I arrived very early so had a lot of time to kill
the taxi charged 10 Euro to go a short distance to the airport and I was sure that this was a plan. Very little english, hard to make them understand. Too much smoking around bldg
Beds only 195 cm - this is definitely below standard
I wanted a hotel, close to the airport for one night, that didn't cost too much and this hotel fit the bill. It was a very good price so I was a little concerned at what it would be like, but it was lovely. The staff were very friendly, the hotel was very clean and I also enjoyed a 3-course dinner - again at a great price. Also, the bus stop for the airport was right at the door and the airport was just 2 minutes away. Perfect.
The wi-fi didn't work in my room, but I could use it in the lobby. A small thing when everything else had been a lovely surprise.
It was clean, pleasant, with a bar and restaurant.
Most of the staff were lovely, but the man on the desk was distinctly unfriendly when I arrive around 4pm - possibly because I was carrying a rucksack rather than a suitcase, as I was on a walking holiday. He was very pleasant to some Spanish people who came in after me, which made it worse. Otherwise, the woman behind the bar and the evening waitress was lovely. The hotel is on a busy main road, and is fine for functional purposes, but lacks atmosphere.
Location ideal for airport as shuttle bus stops outside and is only 1.5 euros per person. Restaurant was very good. We could not fault the food.
Rooms and corridors could do with updating although clean.
Clean, comfortable room. Good location. Price was pretty good value for the size and quality of the room.
Close proximity to airport (I walked to the airport) Nice draft beer.
The rooms were clean and comfortable
Staff were not very helpful. we stayed as pilgrams on the camino way and felt we should of read the other reviews as it was more for business or airport users. staff couldnt be bothered and we felt out of place. not for pilgrims
ottimo per la sua viccinanza all'aeroporto. good transport communication with Santiago and the airport excellent price-quality ratio
Good location for airport travel Helpful staff Good value for money
wifi not working very well
Clean. Good food. Good bed
The guy on duty at the reception was unhelpful with the booking confirmation of my flight to Barcelona the next day. I really struggled with the keyboard of the PC (that is quite different to the standard South African keyboard) and in the end it cost me unnecessary Euros. All other hotels in Spain and Portugal were very helpful in this respect.

The food in the cafeteria was horrible and expensive. We ordered lobster and steak and the steak was all raw and the lobster dry, small and without meat. The lady serving the food was very kind and apologized. Never have a spent that much money on nothing.
