Gema Hotel  

Staff were extremely friendly and Rooms were cleaned every day.

Staff very friendly and accommodating. You get what you pay for, very basis but clean and tidy. Ok for overnight stay but not really a weekly holiday hotel

Building itself a little bit tired

I have stayed at the gema before and have always received helpful and friendly service from the staff.

The lady who ran the gema hotel was called rene...she was totally Spanish but what a lovely lady, very friendly.... Communication was not so easy but she was willing to please. Rooms were cleaned every day very well....x

Location and ease of parking

The hotel is a little tired but perfectly adequate to use as a bed for the night, considering the off season price. As I literally only slept in the room, I cannot comment on any of the facilities

Not modern and very basic rooms but the hotel and staff were lovely, the hotel was very clean and in a great location

The ever helpful receptionist

For our personal circumstances, the hotel was ideally situated and parking was excellent. All staff we came into came into contact with very friendly and welcoming. Good value for money. Good size room with balcony and view of the sea. Very good and varied breakfast although offered as continental.

Arrived late evening, no restaurant facilities or cafeteria. Bar opened especially for us, no other customers. Bar was closed during the day. Coffee or snacks etc did not appear to be available.

Although the hotel was basic, this was more than made up for by the friendliness of the staff. Continental breakfast was fine and when the waitress heard us deciding on having a "nice cup of tea" rushed to fetch a tea pot!! The area was very quiet and this was during the busy Easter weekend. Great location for Moraira with many restaurants within walking distance. Good Hotel with happy staff!

the beds were very comfortable and the room was very clean and the staff were happy and attentive.

The room was very basic and some of the paintwork a little tired and there was a smell of drains that came up through the plug hole if you took the plug out.

La atención al cliente y una calita preciosa a 5 min andando.

El wifi sólo funcionaba en la planta baja y no en las habitaciones.

Ubicación tranquila y personal agradable

Le hace falta una reforma ya que se ve todo muy antiguo. Le falta aire acondiconado en las habitaciones, aunque en pleno junio y en un día de mucho calor con el ventilador en el techo he podido dormir bien.
