Good budget hotel.i am sure you know it needs up dating,but good for price paid

Very friendly staff, great location in Benissa Costa; not walking distance to Moraira, but walking distance to a very wide variety of many restaurants/bars etc across the price/quality spectrum. You can walk to the beaches of Benissa costa. Breakfasts are good and there is wifi downstairs and free use of a computer. The staff speak English, one of them lived and worked in London . It's unpretentious, welcoming and good value for money. The pool and surrounding garden is nice.

The rooms are not very soundproofed from each other. Although there is very little noise from outside the hotel - it's set back from the road and in a quiet area, regrettably the construction of the hotel itself is such that noise passes from room to room and echoes down the hallways. This is a problem when people slam doors or come back intoxicated, or listen to TV loudly. But ear plugs solve the problem, and ear plugs are always a smart thing to pack to Spain if you're a light sleeper who goes to bed earlier than the Spanish average.

Staff very helful, what you see is what you get, the hotel has an outdated feel to it, but has been taken of... The price is the dealclincher If you want luxury ... then maybe not your style.. Anything else.. Give it a go

The friendliness and helpfulness of the reception staff plus the location just outside Moraira but with good view of the town and beach. -There are good very reasonably priced restaurants within walking distanceof the hotel. My stay was enjoyable and with the buffet breakfast included represented excellent value for money.

The price was excellent and there are not many hotels that take dogs in Morairia, I have paid far more for smaller rooms, and we only stayed there one night, excellent value, staff were very helpdull.

It is a little outdated and the restaurant was closed, the alternatives were 170€ for the same thing !!!!

It was quite and is a position away from the main road. Whilst it is dated, it is clean with excellent polite staff. The rating of two is correct but is certaintly value for money.

The noise carries from room to room.

The staff were extremely helpful, friendly and efficient. The maid service was prompt, thoughtful and discreet.

You need to run the taps for a long time to get hot water. The internet facilities are unreliable, but the staff did all they could to help. This could be a lovely hotel, it just needs a bit of 'tlc' to bring it up to standard, but nevertheless very good value for the price.

Friendly, caring, child-friendly, pet-friendly staff. Welcoming and warm and considerate.

Only healthy food in breakfast was fruit and wasn't enough of it. Also, thin walls/doors!

Eigenlijk was alles goed.Dit hotel hebben we daarom ook bewust gekozen.

El personal es amable y atento pero el hotel necesita una inversión para cobrar 60 euros por noche, que en modo alguno se justifican. Las instalaciones son de una pensión modesta.

Recepción cierra por la noche y cuando se llega a la entrada del hotel no hay una triste luz ni en el hall. Las habitaciones son francamente cutres, suelo de terrazo de los años 50-60, camas y almohadas incómodas, tv antigua y enana. El desayuno al mismo nivel, cutre, muy cutre. Relación calidad precio: caro.

El servicio de la gente del hotel que tenian con los huespedes y lo tranquilo que es.

La television un poco pequeña y deberian incorporar minibar en la habotacion para tener bebidas frias. Por lo demas todo perfecto

El personal es muy agradable,las vistas son preciosas,es un hotel sencillo pero no le falta casi nada,quizá un neverita en la habitación .
