Cannot fault this hotel, close to town centre, ideal location. Went to Gernika for a rugby match. Welcomed by the town and hotel was very pleasant, bar prices good €3 for 2 glasses of wine. I recommend a visit to Scanlans Irish bar next door very welcoming and friendly. Prices very reasonable, breakfast and snacks to be recommended

when you think that you should visit Gernika, then this hotel is a good choice, for such a small town the prices in hotels and restaurant are too high, but it's maybe Picasso's fault

The hotel was in a fairly quiet section of town, yet also very close to the centre and all facilities we needed. The staff were extra helpful as we spoke very little Spanish yet they were able to help us with internet enquires, advice about dining and general information to make our stay enjoyable and confortable. The hotel facilities were good. We enjoyed our stay in the Basque Country.

Excelente trato de su personal. Muy tranquilo. Su ubicación, andando se llega enseguida al centro y en coche se sale a la carretera sin ningún problema. Escalinata de acceso. El ascensor que hay desde el exterior (eliminando barreras arquitectónicas) no está bien indicado.

El hotel está a las afueras y tiene parking exterior e interior. Habitación doble superior espaciosa, hay amenities (gel, champú, body milk y desmaquillante). Del hotel al Árbol de Gernika y a la Casa de Juntas hay unos 10 minutos andando.

I gestori sono delle persone gentilissime. L'hotel offre servizi all'altezza delle promesse. Guernica é poi centralissima per visitare i paesi baschi e godere di una natura meravigliosa.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, cerca del centro. El parking del hotel es excelente y las habitaciones son muy cómodas. El baño dispone de muchos productos de calidad. El chico de recepción de noche no es nada amable, todo lo contrario de la señora de la mañana, realmente encantadora, una joya. Nos dio indicaciones sobre la ciudad e incluso nos acompañó al garaje. Gracias a ella supimos que había un parking techado con acceso directo con ascensor. La noche anterior descargamos el equipaje subiendo las escaleras, cosa que pudimos haber evitado.

En general nos ha gustado todo. Muy amable la persona de recepción que nos recomendó diferentes rutas y excursiones para conocer mejor la zona. Parking gratuito y desayuno barato. Servicio de limpieza muy atento.
