Partial wifi The quality and choice of food at the buffet was very disappointing. It was extremely noisy during the night with children shouting and doors banging. There was a very large school trip staying during our stay and made sleeping and eating very difficult. Wifi was supposed to be throughout the hotel but it was only in reception and part of the games room.

It is close to the ski slope, so you can ski directly from there up to the skilifts All the rest. Poor service, extremely old hotel, rude personell, no place to dry the cloth and equipment. No sauna or spa as it says on booking.com

The hotel was in a good location near to chair lift down to main square in Sierra Nevada. You could buy lift pass, ski hire book lessons on site. The rooms had thin walls - we had noisy neighbours!

Liked that the ski slopes were so near. Rooms were cold. We went last year and it was the opposite. My son and young daughter, 11 and 8 years woke during the night cold.....more blankets please. We went to dinner at 8 pm, when restaurant opened and the food was cold, it should have been piping hot!!!

the position of the hotel was good. The dining room was very pleasent and both breakfast and evening meals were excellent. The bedroom was very drab and tired looking, beds were hard .tv was so high on the wall you got neck strain watching it.The only english channel was CNN and this was a terrible picture.WI FI didn't work in the room.

There was plenty of room in all receptions/bars/restaurants. Always room to sit and relax. Breakfast and evening meal buffet was extensive and very good value for money. Easy access to the piste. Plenty of elbow room in ski/boot locker area. The hotel was a little tired, especially the bedrooms. Bar balcony could have been a little tidier.

Powerfull hot shower, warm rooms, decent breakfast, friendly staff. The rooms very basic and small. The rooms are also very noisy. I could literally hear the man next door snor. The other room played the rooms radio system, it sounded like it was playing in our room. The resort center is a steep walk at night when there are no chair lifts available. Jacuzzi not working. Sauna at extra charge of 7 € per 30 mins

On arrival at Hotel at ground level no signs to direct me to lifts and I had to carry heavy suitcase up two flights of stairs to reception area. No pamphlet with details of meal times, use of phone in room, where restaurant and facilities are situated in hotel, a map detailing places around the area eg chairlifts, ski hire, banks, restaurants, etc. Times of buses and pickup points should be displayed as should telephone numbers for taxi service. The receptionist could not get me a taxi on my morning of departure and I was panicking and when I asked what I should do, she just shrugged her shoulders, so I walked down the road with my suitcase, which was thankfully on wheels - a 20 min walk to the bus station to pick up the bus to Granada - I am very unhappy that the receptionist did not care that she could not get a taxi for me & there is no guarantee for the times of the microbus when time is of the essence! I also noticed a price list in my hotel room for low, medium and high season and the price listed for high season for my room only meant that each day I had been charged over 20 euros for my breakfast - I was not informed of any supplement for the room.

Location was poorly described. Had to pay an extra 19,30 per dayeuros in chair lift fees to avoid walking up and down to the main ski resort. Chairlift closed at 5.30 so in a rush to get back to hotel. Parking facilities, as expected, was told by staff that they do not reserve spaces. This is very poor shos for the prices people pay per night! Room dated, stdnch in toilet was horrible Concierge facilities poor, again at prices inxcess of e500 for two days the least you can expect is a secure facility to leave your luggage. The facility offered was a free for all room, where people went in and out ar their own leisure! Can carry on, no point though coz we have already paid so who cares!

Swiss style ski resort hotel with a very good breakfast. Shower handle broken, cement grouting between floor tiles needed repair (gap to catch your toes) and the shower was a dribble of hot water at all times of the day or night (maybe the showerhead to replace?) Room No. 312

Laid back, affordable, good location for skiing. The buffet dinner was poor quality with little variety and the same salads appearing night after night. On balance the food was only average and I would not go half board again. We ate out on the last night. The staff were sullen and offered the bare minimum level of courtesy. The New Year's Eve banquet was fantastic and the all-inclusive party was brilliant. Great show.

The location was perfect for what we needed. The hotel staff were not very friendly and the hotel was too hot, the rooms were very basic and far to small. Nothing for young children below 5 years old.
