location and plenty of space in the apartment

1) the apartment was cold and damp, but the heating system was off (it brought in cold air). We had to sleep with wool sweaters on. 2) wi-fi was not operating, no effort was made to fix it 3) personell was generally indifferent and rather blase to clients 4) the apartment is listed at different prices in other websites for the same days

Noise from La Rambla

Staff very friendly. Excellent location. The apartment is confortable and well-equipped.

To be perfect: a light on the bathroom mirror, a soap dish in the shower, a mirror in one room.

Apartments were clean and very central.

We had to pay 25 euro extra for arriving after 8pm. When we got to the apartment we realised it wasn't the one booked and that two of us would have to share a double bed and the other sleep on the sofa - I had specifically booked one with three beds. When we queried there was no apology and we were told no other apartment was available. When I complained they finally agreed to let one of us have a single apartment but this still meant one of us sleeping on a sofa when we had paid for beds. They didn't seem to see our point on this and just said 'well, it is a comfortable sofa' The next day we moved into a three bedroom apartment and this was really good but the attention to detail and better customer service would have gone a long way towards improving our initial impressions. To be honest I was ready to ask for money back and book into a hotel.

Location was awesome. Check in was easy. Overall, good value.

Noise from the street pretty bad. Not the hotels fault, but something to note if you are a light sleeper. Shower leaked on floor...kind of annoying.

Shower soaked the whole floor (although mop provided!), no kettle.

We were able to fit in 4 people (couple, grandmother, 13 year old son) in 1 appartment, since it was a duplex set-up.

We first had to park illegally to even get to the office that was meant to hand over the keys. When paying (per credit-card), the payment did not work, so it was executed twice (the clerk indicated that "no problem, first time did not go through anyway..."; I did not believe it so insisted on waiting, and sure enough, 30 minutes later it was confirmed that I had paid twice (we did get reimbursed promptly for 1 of the payments though). Then we were forced to enter our car into a lift (that would take the car to an underground parking spot); imagine our fear of missing our flight the following day (a Sunday), if there were problems with the lift. We did not have problems with the car-lift, but almost got stuck in the lift for people (which was not repaired within our - short - stay); we ended up carrying our 5 suitcases to the 3rd floor. The number of beds was great (6 in total), but the set-up for the bunk-beds was terrible (3 in a cross-fashion), so none of these spaces was easily accessible.

Great place for the money. We stayed 4 days and loved it. Clean rooms and the kitchen was stocked, which saved us a bunch. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

The staff were helpful and welcoming. We were extremely happy with our well-located, nicely equipped, spacious and very comfortable studio apartment in Girona. What a fantastic historic area to stay in while visiting many outstanding city and private museums!

Located close to major attractions and restaurants.

Church bell is very close and therefore loud. Road noise at night even with double glazing. Parking is available and accessed via elevator from roadside.Very tight with full size vehicle.

Great location and well equipment apartment!!

In the hearth of the city, free public parking near by, flat was very nice.

Nothin really.

Both owners and apartments are marvellous. Located a little bit far from the train station (20-25 min by foot) but in the old part of the town; little groceries, bakery and few pubs are almost in front of the doors, perfectly clean, modern and cosy apartment. Our flight was scheduled late in the evening, so owners of the apartment let us store our luggage at their office and that was a great help because there are no luggage lockers at Girona train station. Would definetely stay again when visiting Girona.

Definitely it's location.. Located in the heart of old medieval Girona !! Very comfortable, clean and beautiful studio, undoubtedly a total value for money !

No remarkable negatives..

The room was in good location and you can find everything what you need in the room. Room was clean. The workers in office were very kindly. Just little problem that woman who clean other rooms came at 6 in the morning and make noise. So it was not good to sleep n the morning.

The noise in the morning 6 oclock what made cleaning woman. She started her work but forgot that people come for holidays and want sleep.

It was nice and spacious.

A/C problem, smelled like a sewer when we turned it on. So we had to open windows which meant that every hourthecathedral bells woke us up. Drag.

Apartment in Girona was very well appointed. Spacious and very comfortable. Contemporary within a classical location.

No enough stock in the kitchenette. Ad hoc collection of plates, mugs, cutlery and glasses.

I liked the fact we were in the heart of the historical area of Girona with the main attractions all within a short walk. The appartment was also very spacious easily accomodating a family of fours needs. The kitchen and bathroom were also of a good standard.

The kitchen didn't have a kettle and needed more saucepans and utensils.

The hotel has a very good location – in the center of city, near Cathedral, close to some shops and good restaurants. Studio is a large room, kitchen with all appliances and utensils. Stuff is friendly. The house has an elevator. Wi-Fi worked fine all time.

The bathrooms door was broken. It wasn’t bad in the room, only sofa.
