La situación era buena céntrica podias acceder a cualquier lugar andando dando un paseo

Las escaleras de acceso eran bastante estrechas y por las noches demasiado ruido ambiente independentista e indigentes

La ubicacion es estupenda -realmente está a dos pasos de Pl. Catalunya- y el disponer de cocina, bastante bien equipada -tiene sartenes, cacerolas, cafetera, microondas, tostadora...-. La verdad es que por ese precio está muy bien para estar en pleno centro de Barcelona. La limpieza también bastante buena.

Es una finca antigua y nos dieron una 3ª pl sin ascensor. Las escaleras son estrechas e incomodas. No cuentas con personal, una chica te da la bienvenida y te entrega las llaves. Para cualquier incidencia, llamadita al movil.

La situació excel.lent i la relació qualitat-preu molt bona.

Situación muy buena. Relación calidad precio de lo mejor que hemos encontrado en BCN. Si volvemos seguro que intentaremos estar en el mismo apartamento. Muy bien situado para ir de compras y moverte por el centro.

El precio del parking que hay en Via Laietana es de 36€/dia, puedes encontrar uno en Carrer Ripoll por 17€/dia. Las camas podrían estar mejor, suficiente pero mejorable.

A pesar de su céntrica ubicación en la trasera del Corte Inglés de la Plaza Catalunya está situado en un callejón estrecho y poco transitado que yo no recomiendo en absoluto. No lo recomiendo para personas que viajan con equipaje pues no tiene ascensor y las escaleras son estrechas y muy empinadas. A pesar de que avisamos de la hora de llegada no había nadie esperándonos, no tiene recepción y tuvimos que estar en ese callejón haciendo llamadas al teléfono de contacto, sólo a la tercera respondieron. El apartamento es confortable pero los vecinos muy ruidosos hasta altas horas de la noche, no pudimos dormir hasta la una de la madrugada. Recomendable sólo para jóvenes aventureros.

la ubicacion es excelente, el personal muy amable y el apartamento tiene esta limpio, y aunque es basico tiene aire acondicionado y todo lo que puedas necesitar(microondas, cafetera, vajilla,sartenes, toallas, plancha , tv, caja fuerte...)

por señalar algo las escaleras son complicadas (no hay ascensor) ya que son estrechas

La ubicación, la atención de gerard , que ofrezca wi fi y caja de seguridad.

Nosotros no hemos tenido problemas, pero para alguien que no puede subir escaleras,. podría serlo.

Que esta bieni situado, y estas junto con la familia.

La vajilla estaba sucia,no se an cambiado ni las sabanas ni tan poco las tuallas,la cocinas es vieja y cutre, en definitiva solo me a gustado el trato con el agente y la ubicasion del hotel si se puede llamar ´¨hotel¨¨

La llegada al edificio y la subida de escalera hasta el apartamento te hacen pensar que te has equivocado, porque es lo peor. Pero cuando entras en el apartamento esta limpio y tiene de todo

Esta muy bien ubicado.

El precio rinde si se alojan 4 personas. Nosotros 2 hubiesemos conseguido por ese dinero algo mas confortable, aunque no estuviese tan bien ubicado. Al llegar nos ayudaron con las maletas para subir las escaleras, al irnos no aunque lo habiamos solicitado.

The location is perfect, near catalunya plaza. The staff was very nice.

The bathroom condition was fair. Need renovation.

The host was very friendly and was waiting for us when we arrived. She showed us around the apartment and provided us with a map of Barcelona. She helped us find the most popular attractions and also pointed out the nearest supermarket, which was very helpful. The apartment was very clean which is important us and it had all the basics necessary for a comfortable stay.

The shower was a little small but this is probably more personal preference. On the positive side, the hot water was good!

Good bed, heating, wifi. Perfect location to Airport bus and to the most of monuments. (Pl. Catalunya, Palau Musica, Cathedral, La Rambla etc.)

The best location in the city center, especially for sightseeing tours and shopping. Quiet, cozy mesto.Chrezvychayno friendly, welcoming and very attentive staff. Clean comfortable rooms, everything you need for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

The Location

The description of the apartment is inaccurate. There is no posibility to get the correct impression of the apartment, from the pictures enclosed. The balconey is very small and useless. The living room is very poor equipped.

Clean and brilliant location, at the centre of everything near to shops and sights. The owner met us at the apartment and was very helpful, he brought a map and showed us where all the landmarks, shops and restaurants were in relation to the apartment. Would highly recommend!

We stayed in the first floor which had a double and single room with living room, kichenette, and shower room. It was clean with modern furnishings, and a basic kitchen with 2 electric rings, microwave, kettle and toaster, with a full sized fridge for cooking breakfast or simple meals. There were very comfy beds, and lots of hot water. Both airconditioning and electric heating were available if needed. The location was superb being 5 minutes from the termination of the airport bus, opposite the department store El Corte Ingles with a big supermaket in the basement, and 6 minutes from the Ramblas.There are excellent restaurants nearby. Gerard, the manager was very helpful. He was there to meet us, even though we arrived 30 mins early. He sorted out the WiFi which was not working when we arived, and gave Barcelona Football mugs to my football mad boys. We thought the apartment was great and we will definitely return.

The only trivial points were that the base of the shower sealant was leaking a little, there was no tea towel or method of drying clothes once they had been in the washing machine. The roller blinds were also quite thin which did not affect us at all, but probably would, if the days were longer and brighter. Gerard is now awareof these points and will try to address them.

Very good location, just 2 minutes from Las Ramblas or Placa Catalunya. Direct bus from airport just 2 minutes away, close to bus stations, metro stations, there are 3 supermarkets nearby...really great location. Quiet at night despite being so close to all the noise from Las Ramblas. The appartment was pretty clean, and even if we stayed just 4 nights, our towels were changed once. There is no service desk, so you need to send an email specifying the arrival time (you will find this information in your booking information also). Gerard waited for us at the entrance, and he was very helpful. He gave us a map and brief instructions on how to get to various places. Did not use the airconditioner, microwave or the water heater, which was not in a good shape anyway.

No service desk makes it more difficult to solve your problems, if any. The wi-fi is not working at 3rd floor. The tv was really small, but that's minor since we wanted to visit Barcelona, not to watch tv :-). The front gate and stairs may shock you at first sight! The stairs are pretty narrow and difficult in case you’re staying at a higher level.

Location of the flat is perfect. The flat is in a good condition (there is no possibility to enjoy the balcony as the air condition occupies the space).

GM apartments do not have a service desk. Keys were picked up elsewhere in a wine shop not too far. It was difficult to find a date to give the payment to GM apartment and, finally, we had to adapt our programme so that a date agreeable for both of us be reached.

The location is very good, just 1 minute walk from Plaza de Catalunya, El Corte Ingles (there is a supermarket on the ground floor), and the AeroBus, the bus that takes to the airport. The staff guy is very friendly. The apartment is quite big, the linen and the bed are very good.

As it is an apartment, there is no reception and no services avaiable. The shower is quite small. Ask to stay on the 1st floor, otherwise you will go up many stairs with your bag as there is no elevator.
