Exclusive Centric Apartments

Location was excellent and facilities great for what you pay for. Beds very comfortable and everything was fit for purpose. Two great supermarkets v close by - no oven but there is a microwave and hob if you do want to cook anything.

The apartments weren't ready when we arrived (we booked 2) but we were given some money back for this so were pleased with the outcome. It is in a residential building which we were not aware of so be wary of noise. The owners should inform you that it is residential building before you meet the angry neighbours!

Very clean and tidy. Perfect location close to subway and supermarket (Hipercor among several others) around the corner. Modern furniture but a bit unpractical since there was no place to hang things (outerwear or towels in the bathroom etc) but maybe it had just been renovated. The double sofa bed was not comfortable to sleep in for two adults.

The double bed was a sofa bed and not so comfortable (worn out?) for two adults. We let the kids sleep there. No hangers and little space to hang/ leave things but that can easily be solved just putting up some hangers.

Furniture from ikea, enough, comfortable.

Water heater not enough for three guys, just one key for group of three, owners never appear, if we try to phone to stay another day, he didn't contact us....

Location and the price

In apartments there is no lift

Perfect location just off the main street and with anything you need not more than 10 minutes walking distance away, including metro station and friendly neighborhood shops and restaurants. Simple, no-fuss and clean apartment with all the necessary basic equipment catered for.

Being so close to ground level makes the loft apartment subject to motorbike/scooter noises and noisy passers-by. Wi-fi access a little weak.

Excellent location, well-equipped, comfortable and adequate. No noise pollution.

Car/taxi cannot drive upto the apartment. Last 50 metres from road has to be done on foot. Also, being a loft apartment, carrying luggage to the first floor through a narrow winding staircase is a little difficult.

Havier was a wonderful host. He met us at the apartment and carried our luggage up the three flights of stairs. He showed us how all the appliances worked and made sure the we understood all the things about the apartment. The then brought us an extra set of keys so that both couples staying in the place could come and go seperately. The place was wonderful and we had a great timne

The unit was very well set up and comfortable. The location was central to Barcelona's attractions while also being located in an interesting and authentically Spanish neighbourhood.

The internet connection is not very reliable

They were able to get us tickets to FC Barcelona.

The apartment has a fabulous location, approximately 15 minutes walk from the Sagrada Familia. It is in the 'younger' district- not on the prettiest side street but perfect for accessing everything you need in the 'cool' part of town. It also has 2 supermarkets on the opposite side of the main street that it is located on- they honestly couldn't get closer! Approximately 7 minutes walk to the diagonal tube station and just off the main route for the City Bus Tours. The apartment has everything you need really for a city break, it is compact but comfortable, we were a group of 4 and found it suitable. The kitchen is well equipped, a range of glasses and utensils and large fridge/freezer. Includes towels and basic toiletries. You are given a set of keys to keep and check-in/ check-out was very generous- no extra charges for early/late and staff were more than happy to help and stay in contact, as we left on separate flights this was perfect. We will definitely be recommending it to friends and family and are already considering using it for longer than a weekend break.

The kitchen just lacks one thing- a kettle, but as we were only on a weekend break this was no problem. The only other comment is the stairs to the apartment (on the second floor) are very narrow- this was not a problem for us, but may be for elderly/ with young children.

Awesome vacation in Barcelona with my boyfriend!! The apartment was great: excellent location and very clean. The people in charge were really helpful. Very recommendable apartments! We'll repeat, for sure!

's nachts iets lawaaiig door uitgangsleven. maar ondanks dat wel goed geslapen.

Las escaleras incomodisimas. Muy mal acceso para subir el equipaje. Parecían unas escaleras de un faro.

Très bon accueil et facilité de communication avec la personne qui nous donnait les clés. Il répondait vite aux mails, répondait aux questions. Super.

Aunque está en una finca antigua, el apartamento en sí está bien, reformado y con muebles y electrodomésticos nuevos.

Fue un poco surrealista. La recepción es un chico en moto esperándonos en la calle. Entonces entendimos por qué nos había llamado 5 veces preguntándonos cuándo llegábamos... Aun sabiendo la hora, no habían limpiado la habitación y apestaba a tabaco, por lo que no entiendo por qué tanto insistir en decir la hora de llegada ni por qué preguntar si queríamos una habitación de fumadores o no. No lo recomiendo.

Propreté, localisation, rapport qualité / prix (un vrai appartement pour à peine plus cher qu'un hotel)
