location and price certainly not four stars. old and in need of refurb unless aiming for a budget market.little things like the TV reception was distorted and there was no iron.... reminded me of the leaner and older tmes. this is 2008. |

The room had air conditioning! Nearly all the staff spoke English and were extremely helpful with information concerning things to do in Madrid. The room was a little small and outdated, but still comfortable. |

Reasonable price. Suitable for a one night. Not more due to very small rooms. Very dirty room, I don't think it was cleaned before I came. Just sheets and towels have been changed |

I am generally very satisfied with the hotel but there is nothing that I really liked during my stay. I did not contact much with staff but when I did they were wery kind and helpful although their english wasn't so good. The only thing I didn't like was that it was very hot in my room so I couldn't sleep well. |
