Dream Gran Castillo Resort & Spa  

The staff were fantastic. Never met such a friendly bunch. They would all go out of their way to help. Entertainment for the kids from mini club through to evening events was perfect for my 3 and 6 year old boys. Rooms have been recently refurbished and were of an extremely high standard and spotlessly clean. We had a sea view which I would throughly recommend.

Being all inclusive there could have been slightly more variety in the food. Lunch and dinner choices were quite similar. Even so a minor gripe as the food itself was very good and the two themed restaurants offered good variety.

All the staff were very friendly and helpful except for one. Rooms nice size

The disco bar manager we found to be quite rude, we were the only ones in the bar (a group of 13) but every time we asked for a drink it seemed too much trouble, he only smiled when we left. There was no tea or coffee fasilties in the room. In the room the glass door to the toilet was dirty

When we arrived after booking a junior suite with sea view, we were presented with a room that was dark pretty empty with no view, it looked like a room that was used as an overflow room, when we qustioned it we were told, as we booked through Booking.com we get the cheaper budget rooms, we didnt know that we were booking a buget room as 1600.00 erous for a week is not cheep for a hotel room. We had to pay extra to get a room that was more like a suite.

Excellent choice of food in buffet. Great rooms, excellent facilities. Great service.

Staff overworked with large waiting times for everything. Food was an average 3 star standard. Hotel in general was an average 3 star standard. Rooms were average 3 star standard. Very disapppointed in our stay.

The swimming pool area is very small for the amount of guests, and the sun beds were impossible to get as people put there towels on them early morning, even though there were notices saying not to, also the location is very remote,

Gran Castillo was an excellent hotel resort. It was rated as 5 Star, and we expected 4 star standard, but were impressed overall - very large rooms (TVs are small, need updated with larger screens and choice of channels though. And no internet in rooms unfortunately. Internet in reception was very slow, so this really needs updated), lots of good pools and different areas to lie on sunbeds. Buildings layout and landscaping was very well done - not the usual 6 storey box. Food choice and quality was really good - the best All Inclusive we have experienced (Italian restaurant in particular was great). Kids Club and daily activities such as archery very good. Evening entertainment was not great, but that's not high on our agenda. Staff always attentive and flexible. Coastal walk to Playa Blanca really beautiful.

Coffee, hot chocolate and soft drinks were good though. Evening entertainment was not great, but that's not high on our agenda.

the staff were extremely accommodating, the food was very good, and the room was lovely and spacious. sun beds around the heated pool could be a problem for some.

The heated swimming pool was far too cold. this was our only disappointment and basically the reason that we chose this hotel was for the heated pool. Everything else was very good...

No tengo comentarios negativos. Sólo que no habia mucha animación nocturna en la sala de espectáculos ni casi gente en la discoteca posteriormente.

Tout, excellent rapport qualité prix. Très beau complexe hotellier à la hauteur de ses 5 étoiles. Restauration plus que correcte avec beaucoup de choix. Chambre très propre et très spacieuse avec lit king size. Nous y retournerons pour un séjour plus long.

La amabilidad de todo el personal, especialmente de Biser y de Yang Yang. Ambos, él y ella, son únicos. Además de esto, el hotel es sencillamente genial. Ni un solo pero que ponerle. Volveremos.

La posizione vicino a Playa Papagajo

Dall'accoglienza alla reception in cui parlano solo spagnolo inglese e tedesco, alla pulizia veramente scarsa, alla cucina orribile un all inclusive in cui a mezzogiorno ci sono solo hamburger e wurstel tristissimi ( verdura in barattolo e tre fette di melone) ed I gelati a pagamento! La cucina è orribile ed I ristoranti orientale e italiano sembrano una mensa e la scelta consiste in un mini antipasto un piatto ed un dessert! L'animazione è spremuta fino allo spasimo e gli spettacoli è meglio evitare! Per clientela inglese e nord europea con figli maleducati che giocano a pallone nei ristoranti e a cui nessuno dice niente! Orribile sotto ogni punto di vista!!!!!

El trato del personal fue excelente, la comida excelente para ser un bufet en especial las papas arrugadas, pues soy canario y las como siempre que puedo, son de los mejor que he probado.

кроме того, что за wi fi в номере нало платить понравилось все! много семей с маленькими детьми. кроме кучи бассейнов на территории рядом экзотический океанский пляж а через гору уже настоящие пляжи. прогулка по экзотическим окрестностям впечатляет !

интернет только в общественной зоне. за wi fi в номере надо платить за неделю. к ужину нужно одеваться в столовую, но может это и не плохо.

El personal de animación y de restaurantes son geniales. Buen sitio para estar con niños pequeños.

La limpieza fatal. Un dia antes de marcharnos tuvimos que quejarnos porque no nos hicieron la limpieza. Sobre las 9 de la noche vinieron a cambiar toallas. Ropa de cama rota, no acorde con hotel de 5 estrellas. Personal de recepción (algunos) no muy agradables.

La ubicación del hotel, las habitaciones y el servicio, fantásticas ambas cosas. El personal dedicado al entretenimiento realiza esfuerzos muy valorables.

El menú del todo incluído corresponde más bien a un hotel de categoría 4 estrellas.
