The worst breakfast organisation and service i heve ever seen.

the old architecture and the liberal use of the spa.

the room needed general maintenance. lots of nicks and chips and the chrome fixtures were stained with water marks as were the walls of the bathroom.

Calmeness and wonderful environment.

Scarce minibar. Broken blinds.

everything! from the moment we drove up the hill (using the gps) aproaching amazing castle. our room actually had 2 balconies (one in living room with 2 chairs to sit and enjoy the views of the sea and the downtown of the city). we traveled with dog and they were just soooo wonderful about it. swimming pool location has very moracan feel to it. really enjoyed our stay.

The location in the old area with the Monastry adjacent. The restaurant is very high quality fine dining in the best sense.

Excellent quality, old-city, rambling facility but refurbished with varied rooms. Ours (15 in the old rooms) overlooked the castle next door. Nicely furnished, large room, with lots of lights. Small but pleasant spa with sauna/steam/plunge pool which we could use for an hour. In-house restaurant was full on a Saturday night, with well-presented tasty local food. We walked to the beach in Altafulla on a pleasant 20-min walk.

Didn't have tea facility in room.

We loved the fact that is was/is a stylish conversion of an old monastary in keeping with the area. We liked room ten (which unexpectadly)had a balcony.

No coffee at breakfast, just espresso ...some sausages would have been nice, to go with the egg!

Nice and big room with a balcony and a big bathroom. Beautifully restored old building. Except for the distance to the beach, the location is nice on top of the hill in the old part of the city. Good breakfast. Nice and good restaurant. Very helpful staff. Altafulla a very good alternative for vacation.

The very noisy air-condition, that stopped working however after the first night.

We had the largest shower we have ever had in all hotels we have ever stayed in.

Room was very old and not 4 star

Excellent location next to the castle and church. Very well restorated old building. Excellent food in the restaurant.

Location was good for travelling up the coast and the attached restrurant was good.

There are two parts to this hotel a new side and an old sid - Unfortunately we stayed in the old side - the rooms are are dated somewhat tired and in need of upgrading.

Lovely location in the old town. Easy to find parking due to good signposting, and then the hotel reception is a short walk through pedestrian only street. Free breakfast and use of spa facilities lovely bonus. Our room in the newer building was large and comfortable.

Unfortunately we went for dinner and the restaurant was closed, fortunately there was a lovely restaurant near the hotel. Go down the street, around the corner and down some steps. Highly recommended!

not very good value for money, too much money for very basic hotel.

Just a wonderful, relaxing break on an otherwise busy 28 day vacation in Spain. Staff, facilities, room and special spring dinner menu outstanding. Spa visit and breakfast buffet included were extra bonuses. Location, in the oldest part of Altafulla was peaceful. Short 10 minute drive down to the beach gave us a chance to walk on the beach and enjoy a beautiful day. Would highly recommend this hotel which combines modern design in one building and classic stone and timber in the other. Enjoyed everything about Hotel Gran Claustre.

Check their address with the hotel. Had a little trouble finding it on gps since their location is on an old street only one block long. Otherwise, everything was great.

Su ubicación, enganchado al Castillo de Altafulla. La estructura de los dos edificios, muy antigüos y muy bien reformados. El confort de sus habitaciones y la amplitud del baño.

Deberian de mantener mejor algunos aspectos de las habitaciones, falta un mantenimiento adecuado y es una pena!!

La ubicación es fantástica, el hotel es muy bonito, tranquilo y acogedor y la atención muy buena. Volveremos seguro.

Nydelig beliggenhet for oss som var på gjennomreise. Hotellet var virkelig en opplevelse.

SPA avdelingen stengte kl 2000, burde vært informert om dette, liten nedtur. Kaldt i restauranten, men det var jo bare fem grader ute.

Está en el mismo casco antiguo de Altafulla. El desayuno está muy bien. El hotel tiene su encanto y la cama es bastante grande y cómoda.

Poca luz en la habitación que nos dieron. La entrada es a las dos... un poco tarde... Por lo demás, correcto

Habitación confortable, servicio de comedor excelente, situación muy buena, diseño del hotel y habitaciones muy bonita.

Una picina climatizada (entiendo que no hay sitio para tal instalación)
