Clean, neat, new, location.

The whole of the hotel was very clean and the bedroom furniture was of good quality.

Difficult to find even with satnav. No drawers in the bedroom.

The hotel was in a good location, about 10 to 15 minutes easy walk to the old town. The room was modern and clean. The breakfast was a bit inconsistent: there was not as much available on our second morning, which was a Monday.

Amazing value, easy and quick walk into the city

We planned a weekend getaway in Salamanca and we booked the hotel a couple of months in advance, so we had a nice price for the 3 nights. The hotel is a recent building and it meets the basic standards of a decent hotel. The breakfast is ok. The rooms are comfortable and impeccably clean; As for the location, it is really good, close to the historic center (5 minutes walking) and it is possible to find free parking places nearby, as well as a nice supermarket. The neighborhood is calm and peaceful and there is no noise from people or traffic to disturb you. All in all, a good option if you want a decent hotel and not a super fancy one.

On the down side, the interior soundproofing is not so good, we could hear people very loud when they passed by the bedroom and also people on the adjacent rooms. I am not quite sure it deserves the 4*s it has, even though it is decent. It lacks things such as swimming pool, sauna, health center and so forth.

I used this hotel before and I always sleep there if I´m in Salamanca.I Can recomend it.

Room had the wardrobe in the wrong position and it was covering the mirrors in the room. Easy to fix

Everything about the hotel was wonderful. The parking was really secure. The rooms were lovely. It is ideally situated for The Plaza Mayor, the cathedrala and the Art Deco Museum. Loved it.

The hotel is very modern and the showers were wonderful. It is located within a 10 minute walk from the plaza and they had onsite parking

We had a problem with our room key and it took my husband 4 different walks down to the lobby to finally get somebody to come up and help us. This was around 1:00 in the morning so the lobby was not busy.

Reasonably close to old city.

Big, modern block. Badly signed, small, tight, chargeable, underground car parking. No restaurant or bar. Badly cleaned rooms. Horrendously complicated shower system which flooded the bathroom and was impossible to keep hair dry under. The 1st time I have been frightened by a shower!! I had to call reception to come and turn it off as the control broke on at full force on scalding hot. I was soaked from head to foot, fully clothed just turning it on!! . Impersonal. Very basic breakfast buffet.

They where moving some trolleys in a very noisy way at 8:00 am in a sunday

Double washand basin. No shelf space around wash hand basin. No do not disturb sign for room. Too much unnecessary chrome ie, as if design was more important than convenience or comfort. Dangerous windows ie. open too far. Over complicated shower! , ,! Great hotel but just a few minor criticisms.

No restaurant. No coffee or tea making facility or mini bar in room.

Excellent brand new hotel. It is located on the edge of the city centre, but in shot walking distance of all Salamanca sightseeing places, for example, Fonseca is just 3 minutes way, and Plaza Mayor, less than ten. The views from the rooms are spectacular. The room is really big and the bathroom excellent. Sound-proofing is also very good. My bed was wide and comfortable. Wifi Internet access worked flawlessly. All lighting is done with LED bulbs. There is no mini-bar, but that is not something I need. If you are not carrying heavy luggage you can even have a nice walk from the train station, short-cutting through the edges of the city centre instead of following your usual maps directions.

Such a big room could use a bigger desk, although it is OK. WiFi uses several SSIDs instead of just one and several channels.

This was an excellent hotel, our favourite on a long trip of cities around Madrid. Tthe receptionist was very helpful, it has an excellent location and breakfast was as good as it gets.

An excellent new international hotel but not easy to find because the address does not include "de" so satnav does not pick it up. The interior design is excellent and clean.

Give the staff training in customer care, e.g. Smiling costs nothing and eye contact with the client! Restaurant notes in the evenings, but accept not dissimilar to other hotels in Spain. Parking access is a challenge or you might find you are in the Mercadona car park.

High quality finish of hotel, with secure underground parking. Room was excellent & spotlessly clean.

No bar or restaurant in the evening. We wanted to walk into town center, so not a maje problem, more a surprise for such a large & grand hotel. Weather was very cool & breezy. Salamanca is about 800 meters above sea level, so should have expected this (but didn't).

Price, fittings, style

Well appointed modern rooms with high quality furnishings and fittings, spotlessly clean throughout. Great location only a short walk from the old city centre.

Great hotel but if you drive there park inside the hotel. We parked outside and the next day someone scratched our car from side to side with something of metal and wrote some nice words on it. There is limited parking space outside and it seems that the locals really don’t like foreigners taking the few free spaces there.
