This modern, adults-only hotel has a large outdoor pool with sun terrace and air-conditioned rooms with balcony. Overlooking Cala d’Or Bay, it is just 100 metres from Cala Gran Beach. Most rooms at Visit Hotel Tucan feature sea views, and all come with a private bathroom with hairdryer. Guests can enjoy snacks at Visit Hotel Tucan’s snack bar during the day, and full meals at the air-conditioned restaurant. Live entertainment is offered at the bar in the high season, including live music and cabaret. Visit Hotel Tucan has a sauna, a fitness centre, a Turkish bath and a hot tub. The staff were very helpful and polite. Piped music at the pool during the day would have been good.

The location of this hotel is perfect for the beach, restaurants and shops. The staff were very friendly, the reception staff especially. The rooms had been modernised and where very comfortable and spacious. We would use this hotel again. Very minor things but would have liked the use of a safe in the room instead of reception and maybe music around the pool would have been nice.

Easy check in & out. Room available even though we were early. Plentiful sun loungers available at poolside. Location excellent, 2 minutes walk to Cala d'or & beach Only used restaurant for breakfast but choice limited compared with other hotels visited

The facilities were good and the staff were helpful. The bathroom was well designed. My debit card did not work when i went to settle my bill, which was a hassle! The bedrooms lacked any wow factor - they were adequate.

Excellent location, friendly helpful staff. Handy having a fridge in the room, ceiling fan & air con included. Breakfast was ok but could've been better. Glad we weren't all inclusive.

the staff were very friendly and efficient We found out while there that the staff had not been paid their wages for a couple of months and so they had a mini protest while we were there. It was sad to hear that the staff had not been paid as they appeared to work very hard and were very pleasant, which is all the more remarkable given their circumstances.
