Gran Hotel Delfin  

The location and the car parking facilities at the hotel were very good.. The reception staff were good and polite.. My dog was also made welcome

I thought the hotel decor very drab and dark. The food at breakfast not really up to 4 star hotel standard. The balcony in the room was also very small. I was charged €16 a day to be able to take my dog although on the web site it said an additional charge for small dogs may be made, after the booking was made and confirmed by visa card then l was advised a charge would be made. Very expensive for nothing.

We liked the relative quiet location, compared with the rest of Benidorm. Also the close distance to the sandbeach is a pre. The centre of crowded Benidorm is 30 minutes walk along the cost or 10 minutes by bus. Busstop in front of the hotel. Very friendly staff.

The hotel is one of the first built in Benidorm and has a chicque 5 star history and that is exact the reason that a lot of first guests come back in spite of the degrading to 4 stars. However the rooms are out of date and really need a make-over. The noice of the elevator is the best wake-up call.In the bathroom you can exactly understand and hear what your neighbour is doing. balconies have no privacy at all. The daily menu was every day mor or less the same. To us, the ranking should be 3 star as long as the rooms and facilities are not improved drasticly.

Old fashion charm.

Nice, quiet, relaxing with great views from our room balcony (very few rooms have this view, 2nd and 3rd floor in the middle of the front of the hotel). Room very clean and remained clean during our 4 day stay. Bar terrace great place to have a relaxing pre-bedtime drink, friendly staff

Buffet style restaurant. Food nothing to write home about, and fairly expensive for the quality.

Soy cliente desde hace muchos años y es una pena que solo quede bueno su ubicación y jardín

El hotel en si mismo está obsoleto necesita una remodelación. El bufet del desayuno, que es lo que utilicé, fue el mismo durante tres dias.

Esta en 1ª linea de playa Tiene aparcamiento Trato excelente en el restaurante

La piscina muy pequeña

No me ha gustado el buffet. Para mi gusto el hotel es demasiado clasico

Lo que mas me ha gustado a sido la ubicacion del hotel con respecto a la playa ya que viajaba con bebes y fue realmente comodo.la limpieza de la habitacion tambien a sido plato de buen gusto porque fue impecable y el trato del personal no estubo nada mal.

Quizas lo que cambiaria seria darle una renovacion de cara al hotel con respecto al decorado,poner mas actividades para familias y gente joven y mas seguridad en las entradas ya que al recinto de la piscina entraron jovenes que no estaban hospedados y a parte de liarla en la piscina donde estaban nenes pequeños faltaron el respeto a las personas que les llamaron la atencion.

Здравствуйте. Отель расположен у пляжа - очень удобно, здесь же остановки автобуса. Можно добраться в любой район города быстро. Отель хорошо оформлен, хороший сад, бассейн,корт. По вечерам на терасе живая музыка. Завтрак слабоват, обед и ужин для 4 звезд тоже слабоваты.За сейф пришлось оплатить по 3 евро в день отдельно- в первый раз столкнулись с таким и мне это не понятно. Много отдыхает пожилых и семейных.

La proximidad a la playa

Ruido muy temprano del personal de limpieza por los pasillos. El buffet se repite bastante.Limpieza de la habitación muy tarde

Lo que mas me ha gustado es la comodidad, relajo, familiar, sin agobios El personal también es muy amable .En resumen hemos estado muy a gusto y es para recomendarlo a aquellas personas que huyen del bullicio y la masificación

No no tengo ninguna queja del hotel
