Location, staff, and environment

Parking not convenient

The staff were outstanding - very polite and very helpful. We had wonderful rooms and the food in the restaurant was fabulous. The whole experience was memorable.

One of the best hotels we have stayed in. Perfect service from the lady in the reception. The room and especially the bathroom was excellent.

Garage a bit expensive.

The staff, location and accomodations were excellent

Our room was nice and light and had direct view to the Plaza. we enjoyed this very much. Soundproof windows! Modern bathrooms, tasteful interior. Extremely clean, very helpful at the front desk.

The price, 25 Euro for the breakfast/person, is definitely too high.

The location on the main square with valet parking was excellent. Hotel interior and rooms were stunning.

Hotel breakfast expensive at 25 euros each plus tax but being on the main square there were plenty of cafe's for a coffee and pastry.

Everything was wonderful. We loved it!

A long established hotel that has tastefully remodelled and is maintained in perfect condition. Located at the corner of Plaza de Castilla, convenient for visiting the Cathedral, many nearby monuments, shopping area and various restaurants. The room is fantastic! Large, clean, quiet, modern lighting, sitting area and an incredible bathroom with double sinks, double rainfall showers, a bathtub and bath salts, robe, and with a separate toilet. Mirrors everywhere. Friendly staff with information on local sights, restaurants and shopping.

The staff were excellent. We arrived during a festival and some roads in centre of town were closed so we couldn't get to hotel. We parked in a Publoc underground car park about half a mile away and walked to the hotel. The porter took our car keys went and picked up the car from car park and drove it to hotel took our bags to the room and then went and parked the car somewhere. It was brought to the front door of hotel when we requested. Very rare to receive service like that these days.

Although our room was on 4th floor the noise from the revellers in street below could be heard all night. Bar was in darkness when we tried to go in at 7pm

La Perla was a "splurge" for us, and it was worth it! We had a room facing the plaza with a balcony, which was beautiful. The bed was comfortable, the staff friendly and helpful, and the location ideal for strolling through Pamplona.

The staff were outstanding, so friendly and helpful. Great location. Very comfortable rooms. Very nice breakfast. It was a treat to stay there.

Clean, stylish and luxurious

The only minus was that the air-con was not functioning as we wanted. The room was pretty warm due to a very warm day.

Outstanding hotel, right on the mian square. The rooms are beautiful and large with good air conditioning. ( important when the temperature outside is 45 degrees!). Bed issuer comfortable and bathroom excellent. But the absolutely best part of the hotel is it's customer service. For example, it is a bit hard to drive to because of how the square limits traffic, so they telephoned me an hour before with directions. When I messed them up, the hotel manager walked across the square and drove my car over. This is just one example of how attentive and excellent they were! Could not recommend more highly!

It's history and location.It is in a key position in the main square in Pamplona.The restaurant opens out onto the street behind,this street is used by the people and bulls on the San Fermin Festival. The Restaurant is fantastic and has a top quality Cheff. The hotel is real quality,enhanced by fantastic staff that can't do enough for you.

The sun shone for the two days we stayed at the Hotel,unfortunately the hotel's situation means it has no sun terraces or pool.The staff did however arrange for us to go to a nearby swimming club with all the facilities we needed.As I said nothing was to much trouble.

The accommodations were sumptuous. The staff was cheerful, friendly, and professional. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are not to be believed. Pamplona is an interesting city but the stay at La Perla was fabulous.

Wonderful room overlooking the Plaza. Great tapas restaurants in surrounding area. Right off Running of the Bulls route. We made no special requests booking a standard double and were given a corner room facing the plaza and side street with 6 balcony windows all of which opened to an area where you could stand and watch the world go by. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful with inquiries. One desk person walked us a block and a half personally to find a difficult to find little speciality museum.
