Situated a short drive from central Vitoria, this complex is well located for the road to Bilbao and the airport. It has free Wi-Fi, free bike rental and a pillow menu in all rooms. the hotel was quiet and comfortable although full of athletes. services were great and staff very friendly and helpful. the restaurant was full and we failed to make A reservation in good time.the consierge arranged A meal for us in the cafeteria.the staff and kitchen actually went out of their way to arrange A full meal of steak, vegetables and salad in the cafeteria for us.

The only good thing that has this hotel is the location for the ones who don't want to enter Vitoria city. The hotel doesn't deserve it's 5 star, I don't understand the criteria this rate was given. It can be a 4 star hotel, but I would give it only 3 star, considering the location.

Kan ieder dit hotel aanbevelen. Gaan elk jaar 3 maanden naar Portugal en dit hotel is een van de rustpunten op de reis die wij per auto maken.

La amplitud de las instalaciones comunes, el desayuno y la disposición de las instalaciones. Además, los servicios que ofrece y también la atención al cliente en cuanto al muestrario de productos de baño, almohadas suplementarias en las habitaciones, etc. que ofrecen, por ejemplo. La ubicación. Pese a estar en el mismo Vitoria, hay que andar o acudir a transportes para desplazarse al centro.

Bien situado, acogedor. La ropa de cama no estaba en las debidas condiciones para un hotel de 5 estrelllas. Tuvimos que bajar tres veces a recepción para abrir la puerta.

Hotel tranquilo. Fácil para aparcar y entrar a la ciudad. Habitación y baño majos.las almohadas excelentes. El desayuno muy buenoy variado. Pocos artículos de higiene personal. El spa un poco justico.

Sinceramente no me ha destacado nada. Literalmente le sobran 2 estrellas. Este no es un hotel de 5 estrellas. Es carísimo en relación a lo que ofrece. Ya necesitan una reforma las habitaciones. Teníamos ruido de la avenida. La cama es durísima. Lo contraté engañado por otros comentarios. No me puedo explicar la puntuación que le dan los usuarios en Booking. Es la primera vez que me engaña.

La luz natural No volvería. Le sobra más de una estrella. La habitación estandard pequeñísima. No funcionaba: la nevera, varias luces... Nos cambiaron a otra que era un poco más grande pero también habia fallos en algunas luces. Para ser un hotel de 5* deberían revisar las habitaciones antes de ser ocupadas. De spa nada. Una sauna, un baño turco y dos jakuzzis. Un sillón para relajarse. Nosotros que lo habíamos reservado por tener un spa, de eso no puede calificarse de spa. En el desayuno no había pan suficiente, nada caliente. Ubicación muy lejana al centro medio de Vitoria-Gasteiz.
