Adequate hotel for one night stay. Did not use restaurant as dined in excellent restaurant which was strongly recommended. Just another city hotel. Rather charmless.

Luxurous hotel, nice rooms, very acceptable price (early august 2011). For using the pool you have to pay a ridicilous € 15 per person, each time you use it. The pool is overloaded with jets, nozzles, jacuzzis etc., so a quiet undisturbed swim is impossible. Hotel staff quite friendly but speak no English whatsoever.

It was a good location. Breakfast was good although we felt a bit pushed to eat quickly. The hotel advertsied a gourmet experience within their excellent restaurant. We read within the hotel literature that the restaurant opend at 9pm, so after waiting until this time we went down to reception to enquire as to where the restaurant is and we told that in fact it doesn't exisit. We were annoyed and hungry. We were charged for an item in the mini bar which we did not use. The hotel is a bit dated. The air conditioning in the room was ineffective and the TV did not have any english channels as advertised.

Its easy to find and close to the centre. Good breakfast. Its a 1970's concrete medium rise hotel and is starting to feel dated.

Good location to explore Lugo. Easy to find by car Rooms very tired and depressing. The television very old and has no English channels. This is a good 2 star hotel, does not warrant 4 star rating.

No hay los elementos básicos del kit de higiene en el baño. Falta cepillo de dientes, pasta, etc... La tv es antigua con un aparato tdt externo.

Excelente ubicación junto a las murallas y la catedral. Habitaciones amplias y muy bien. Cena y desayuno excelentes. Parking de pago. Wifi excelente.

La ubicación muy cerca de la muralla, centro histórico. Hotel tranquilo. Para ser un 4 estrellas apenas habia complementos en el baño, teníamos poco champú, no habia gorro baño, ni maquinilla afeitar, cepillo de dientes, etc.... cosas que muchas veces ya no llevas porque presupones que va a haberlo.

La situación es inmejorable, en pleno centro. Buen aparcamiento en pleno centro y a un paso de todos los servicios. Deberían promocionar el Spa con ofertas para las personas hospedadas.

Está cerca del centro Hice la reserva por booking con una oferta de la página para dos personas. Cuando llegué nada, excepto la propia habitación estaba incluida en el precio. La conexión a internet me costó 3 euros. Y si quería utilizar el SPA había que pagar 20€. La piscina me recomendaron que la usara ahoras especiales para que no hubiera clases de natación de niños. Nos dieron camas separadas.

La habitación y el hall. La temperatura del agua del spa estaba extremadamente fría y la temperatura ambiente fría. Se lo comentamos al personal del spa y nos dijeron que no podrían hacer nada. El resto de usuarios también se quejaron por el mismo motivo.
