The service was excellent. We were travelling with a toddler and 3 month old baby and the hotel could not have been more accomodating

The women´s personal at the front desk was very friendly and helpful (the men´s personal didn´t even reply to greetings). We have ordered a baby cot which was nice and extremely broad. It seemed to be very comfortable (our baby could turn round in it). The furniture was new but looked oldfashioned. The hotel is located 20 mins walking from the city centre.

The breakfast buffet was very good. The room was good-sized and the bed was very big. They were very nice when a problem with our flight caused us to arrive a day late, and we were able to check in even though it was morning. While the dinner buffet was good and convenient, at first we did not always know which days it was available. Part of the problem was our limited Spanish. Some of the staff spoke English quite well, others did not, so sometimes we struggled to get info.

Excellent city location, secure parcking garage, front desk staff very helpful, room was excellent, clean, well equiopped, great breakfast. All very good. The headline price may seem high end, but considering all the value added items it was a great value for money stay.

Facilidad de aparcamiento en la zona. En 14 minutos andando a paso lento estás en el centro histórico. Mucha tranquilidad. Por poner algún pero: ruido del aire acondicionado de la habitación, televisión anticuada, mal funcionamiento de la ducha de hidromasaje (de fácil solución pero.....)

Gran Hotel de verdad. Muy cómodo por su situación y tranquilidad. El trato de todo el personal fue inmejorable. La habitación era amplia y estaba bastante limpia. Nos pusieron una cama plegable para el niño incluída en el precio. Estuvimos hace seis años, decidimos repetir y no nos equivocamos. Muy recomendable.

*El edificio, las instalaciones, el diseño de las habitaciones! *El personal muy majo,, especialmente María, la recepcionista, que nos dió la bienvenida *la limpieza tanto de la habitación como del baño! *El hotel muy precioso por dentro! *Volveremos a alojarnos! :) Muy poca cosa: - deberían mejorar las duchas, salía muy poca agua,, - los colchones no eran los mejores del mundo - TODO LO DEMÁS ESTUPENDO!

La verdad es que empiezo a pensar que el problema no es solo del hotel, la pagina debe tener algomque ver ya que no es la,primera vez que selecciono un hotel de cuattro estrellas en booking cuya habitacion no se corresponde en absoluto con lo que se describe en la pagina... El mobiliario de la habitacion estaba estropeado y descuidado, no propio de un hotel de cuatro estrellas. Estilo rancio, colcha de mala calidad y los colchones deben ser firmes pero no tan duros que ni siquera se adapten al cuerpo... Baaño con estractor ruidoso....

Siempre que he estado alojada en el hotel he recibido la mejor d elas atenciones tanto por el personal de recepción como las personas ocupadas del restaurante. Además de una relación calidad-precio muy buena, la calidad personal y profesionalidad del personal es lo mejor. Muy recomendable

Het is een ontzettend schoon en prachtig hotel. Heel fijn dat er internet op de kamer is (alleen vast). Badkamer is voorzien van heerlijke massagedouche. Het personeel in de lobby/restaurant spreekt totaal geen Engels!
