The women´s personal at the front desk was very friendly and helpful (the men´s personal didn´t even reply to greetings). We have ordered a baby cot which was nice and extremely broad. It seemed to be very comfortable (our baby could turn round in it). The furniture was new but looked oldfashioned. The hotel is located 20 mins walking from the city centre.

The breakfast buffet was very good. The room was good-sized and the bed was very big. They were very nice when a problem with our flight caused us to arrive a day late, and we were able to check in even though it was morning. While the dinner buffet was good and convenient, at first we did not always know which days it was available. Part of the problem was our limited Spanish. Some of the staff spoke English quite well, others did not, so sometimes we struggled to get info.

Excellent city location, secure parcking garage, front desk staff very helpful, room was excellent, clean, well equiopped, great breakfast. All very good. The headline price may seem high end, but considering all the value added items it was a great value for money stay.

El hotel esta en una zona tranquila de la ciudad, no muy proximo al centro, pero puedes llegar en 20 minutos dando un paseo. Si, las habitaciones no son comodas. Nuestra cama era horrorosamente incomoda, se notaba que los colchones eran antiguos.

La elegancia y confor de sus instalaciones y su buena ubicacion para lo que nosotros necesitabamos. Lo unico que no nos convencio mucho es que un trabajador del hotel tenga que molestarse en abrirnos y cerrar el porton del garaje a altas horas de la madrugada existiendo automatismos para eso que es un cuatro estrellas....

El hotel está realmente bien. Tiene un buen diseño interior, las habitaciones son grandes y decoradas con encanto y además esta cercano al centro. Es cierto que esta a 10 minutos. También es verdad que para gente mayor o con algún impedimento, si que pueda estar demasiado retirado (aprox 1,3 km). En definitiva, para una pareja joven el hotel está muy bien, pues por el mismo precio que muchos del centro, se obtiene algo más de confort. si se es muy puntilloso, podiamos decir que el colchón, que para nada era incomodo, podría ser más nuevo (al igual que el televisor), pero son detalles menores, pues siendo cómoda la cama y pudiendo disfrutar de una televisión, aun siendo normalita, creo que las necesidades quedan satisfechas. Lo que si es cierto, que tal vez para un 4 estrellas falten jabones, cremas y esos detallitos que tanto gustan y tanto facilitan la estancia.

En general casi todo. Aunque no está en el centro, es un paseo agradable y está en una zona muy tranquila No es de recibo que en el precio del desayuno, que no es precisamente barato, cuando pides un café descafeinado de máquina, te digan que no está incluido en el precio.

La ubicacion del hotel es adecuada en el aspecto que no queda dentro del bullicio y al mismo tiempo accesible a las areas de turismo y cenas Lamentablemente aunque se les notifico de la falta de aire acondicionado, la queja quedo sin atender efectivamente ya que enviaron personal para revisarlo pero no resolvieron el problema,

Este é um hotel muito limpo, os funcionários são bem prestativos e simpáticos, o hotel dispõem de bons quartos, e a localização é muito boa e fácil! Isso não é uma queixa, mas a única coisa que tenho a apontar, é o valor cobrado pelo estacionamento do hotel

La cercanía al Campus Universitario El diseño interior con los pasillos dando al patio y lo espectacular de las plantas colgadas las vistas desde la cafetería No funcionaba bien el aire acondicionado de la habitación La habitación tenía un cuarto de baño muy pequeño y con demasiadas esquinas, muy recortado, falta de luz en general en la habitacion, el mueble de la televisión muy grande y poco funcional, después de que estar enterados de que el aire acondicionado no funcionaba no hubo comunicacion por parte de la direccion ni ningún tipo de compensacion El bufet del desayuno muy escaso, y el segundo día sin ninguna expliciación no había zumo natural cuando el priner día lo ofrecieron sin pedirlo
