Friendly,attentive staff. Great location. Good - if pricey - food. Spacious public areas. lovely views over the surrounding hills. Large attractive pool. Nothing (but the weather was a bit mixed)

A true luxury experience in this 17th century boutique hotel set in the hills just 30 minutes from Palma . Nothing was too much trouble for the excellent staff. Facilities and comfort superb as one would expect of atop class hotel Food from fine dining to bar snacks and tapas excellent too. Not the cheapest place to stay but for that special occasion a real treat

Good service and fantastic location. Excellent pool environment. Reception staff 1st class. Great hotel. Machine coffee at breakfast, a 5 star hotel should be able to make fresh coffee to breakfast if you pay 1500€ per night. Tea water was not hot either. Bar and breakfast personnel not up to 5* standard.

Stattliches, geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Herrenhaus in sehr schöner Lage umgeben von Bergen, oberhalb von Puigpunyent. Für ruhige, entspannte Erholung in luxuriösem Ambiente. Zuvorkommender Service. Unser erstes Zimmer blickte auf eine Mauer, Zimmerwechsel war aber anstandslos möglich. Unsere Doppelzimmer waren mit nur einem Sessel und einem Stuhl als Sitzgelegenheit eingerichtet; während ein Gast im Sessel sitzt, muss der andere sich mit dem Stuhl oder der Bettkante begnügen: für ein Fünfsterne-Hotel nicht akzeptabel. WiFi-Empfang im ersten Stock nicht möglich, im zweiten Stock und in der Lobby gut.

Ausgesprochen schönes Haus. Die Mitarbeiter super freundlich. Wunderschön ausgestattet. Man fühlt sich rundum wohl. Wunderbare Atmosphäre. Schade, dass es keinen Spa gibt. Ein Dampfbad oder Sauna wäre das Tüpfelchen auf dem i. Das ist aber wirklich der einzige "Minuspunkt"

Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Top-Lage auf einem Hügel mit toller Sicht auf die Landschaft. Die Atmosphäre im Hotel ist wie in einem persönlich geführten Herrenhaus. Poolanlage ist hervorragend. Sehr gutes Frühstückbuffett. Abendessen ist bemerkenswert: nicht billig aber das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Sehr gut ist die Nähe nach Palma (mit dem Auto) und zum Tramuntanagebirge.

Die Lage des Hotels ist wunderschön, der Pool grossartig und das Ambiente wunderbar. Gewundert hat uns, dass wir nicht im Haupthaus waren, im Bungalow einige Schäden an den Wänden waren (Risse), kein Vorbereiten des Bettes mit Schöggeli, wie in den vorderen Jahren und der etwas nachlässige Service in der Bar und beim Frühstück, Nicht Son Net Like!!

Die malerische Lage, der einzigartige Garten samt Pool mit 30 m Länge, das historische Haus selbst, die Terrassen und die liebevoll gestaltete Bepflanzung, die Abgeschiedenheit und gleichzeitige Nähe zu Palma sowie die sanften Berghügel als Ausblick. Eines der absoluten Top-Hotels weltweit! Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt: manche Servicemitarbeiter waren etwas "unbeholfen" und "unaufmerksam" - eher 4-Sterne-Niveau als 5-Sterne-Anspruch. Ansonsten 10 von 10.

Ausserordentlich nette und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter, denen kein Wunsch zu viel war. Fantastische Lage, schöne Aufenthaltsräumlichkeiten und prachtvoller Garten. Sehr guter gratis WLAN.

Sehr schön gelegenes, sehr privates Haus. Man hat fast das Gefühl man wäre allein in der liebevoll eingerichteten Finka. Wir waren im November 2011 schon einmal Gast und da war noch zu kritisieren, dass das Essen im Restaurant nicht dem hohen Nivou des Hauses entsprach. Dies hat sich grundlegend geändert!!! Ausgezeichnete Küche in einem tollen Ambiente. Wir werden immer wieder hierherkommen um unsere "Akkus" aufzuladen in dieser Oase der Ruhe.
